Dude! This Pickle Loves Ice Cream and He Loves Nachos! The First Time I went I had Ice Cream Nachos and I bring My Sweet Gherkin-Granny. She and I enjoyed it so much, I brang my Nephews, Wilbur and Dann-it with my Sweet Bread and Butter Wife to Enjoy Ice Cream. Nice Employees. Speedy Service and Fresh never Melted Ice Cream.

4.5.2025, the soft serve was not prepared/ mixed well today. We asked for cones and instead they gave us bowls with watery ice cream. I have had better experiences here before so I am unsure why today was so bad. If the owners see this please take some steps to remedy this issue.
UPDATE: I previously listed this as the BackYard location in Forest. This was my mistake, the location was actually the Timberlake location. The BackYard location is where we went to get another cone and their product was normal/satisfactorily made. Additionally, I am updating to 3 star to reflect the responsiveness of the business to my review.

They’re always hands-on, guiding both customers and employees smoothly while engaging in friendly conversation the whole time. It’s some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Don’t be scared of the line! They are super fast and the line of people is just there to remind you how popular their ice cream is. Best soft serve I have ever had and the sundaes and specialty items are really special. Above all, make sure you come hungry as heck. Portions are extremely generous. You will get more than you pay for anywhere else. So proud this business calls out town home!

I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, visiting on several different occasions, but the customer service has been consistently disappointing. I stopped by earlier this afternoon, around 1–2 p.m., and there was only one young lady working. I understand it can be stressful handling everything alone, but this is the same employee I’ve seen on multiple visits and she’s consistently rude and dismissive. She never greets me, never smiles, and acts as though I’m inconveniencing her just by ordering. The ice cream itself is fine, but good products mean very little when customers are treated poorly. After several visits with the exact same experience, it’s clear this isn’t just a bad day, it’s a pattern. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I know how far a simple greeting or friendly attitude can go. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere, and I strongly urge management to address this issue before more loyal customers are driven away.
