This location is not representative of the Mister Bagel we are accustomed to in Portland. The food is still great but the atmosphere and taking care of the customers needs some work. My wife came in and ordered which took some time. Her food was great. Then when I came in to order I see why it took longer. There was a family of 3 in front of me that still hadn’t been helped. And another gentleman waiting behind me. One younger lady(staff) was refilling the Tea/coffee station on the left side. An older lady(staff) was at the end of the counter chatting with a family that was sitting at the bench. Not sure if they were still waiting on food or not. I waited about 3 or 4 minutes thinking they will get to the family in front of me. No one ever told any of us they would be right with us or even acknowledged we were standing there waiting. I finally gave up after 5 minutes because the family in front of me hadn’t been helped yet, and we were on a time constraint to get our errands done, so I needed to leave. My wife ate and I had to settle for Dunkies.

Every time we’re in Brunswick we visit Mister Bagel. They have an excellent selection of Bagels and cream cheeses. The staff is always friendly. They also open at 5:30 a.m. which we have needed.

I’ve been coming here for years and recently, maybe in the last year, the bagels have gotten noticeably smaller. I usually buy a bunch to bring home and I weighed one that was barely over 3oz. The staff is always friendly and efficient which is why I continue to come back. It’s just disappointing to see the bagels shrink while still charging the same if not a bit more than in years past.

Great food! Lots of options for toppings and cream cheeses. Very quiet and calm atmosphere. I’m looking forward to my next stop in Brunswick

Firstly, everything is very tasty but $40 for 3 bagels, one being plain, is insane.

Bagel sandwich was ok, not bad & not great. Two staff on. One quick and one slow. We got the slow one. Very nice & very slow.

I stop here once a year on a Saturday in June when I’m driving back from an annual trip to Maine. This year I got the sausage egg and cheese and it was delicious. Hit the spot. It’s different than ur average ny/nj bagel but refreshing. Mister bagel , I look forward to next June!

Always very friendly staff. Maggie and Sky both know us by name and know the specifics of how I order my sandwiches. Our 3 year old LOVES going “to see Sky!” And the really good food is a bonus! Wish there were more choices available at 10 ams on Saturdays

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I called in an order ahead of time for the purpose of it being ready. Missed a meeting at my office standing around because she hadn’t even started the order or gotten it correct by the time I got there. She has small round glasses and was snarky and rude. She kept taking other peoples’ orders as she stood there doing nothing for my order or to correct her mistake, it was quite unbelievable the level of spite and unprofessionalism. Even when she tried to take the order of the next customer, he encouraged her to finish my order first. Because her inappropriate nature was so obvious. I hope that her manager teaches her how to be a Customer Service employee and just a simply fair person. Karma will get her back anyway, so I’m not too concerned. But I think you should know if you go to the establishment you will endlessly wait and don’t bother ordering ahead. I never even got my order because I had to walk out from her spite and taking so long.
