The staff here are generally pretty nice. Thw food, however, has become atrocious. I ordered a full rack of ribs. When they came out, they looked delicious but were dry, and no matter how much sauce was on them ate more like jerky. It seemed like they were left over from the day before, reheated, and then coated with sauce. The tater tots tasted like they had been cooked in the same oil as the fish. For a Casinio, the atmosphere was OK, but nothing to wrote home about.

It was just ok. For the prices they charged, we did not expect to have to wait in line to order. Then you sit and they bring it to you. Fountain drinks are included. We ordered the steak bleu cheese salad and paid. Then learned there was no bleu cheese crumbles. They offered to do feta instead but said they had bleu cheese dressing. Sadly it was ranch. Steak was great but we would have ordered ANYTHING ELSE if we had known about the dressing. Won’t be back.

We attended a wedding rehearsal dinner here. The food was very good, as well as the service. Family stayed here and the rooms were spacious and well appointed.

Food was okay for the Spokane Tribe, which was a surprise. It’s not a place to party. Bar manager 86d us, and several others, for happy banter. Cut us all off. One dude was drinking soda! No matter, we all went to the Oasis and partied like it was 1999. Won’t go back…

9 out of 10 times food is good. Tonight maybe a new cook because the gravy and potatoes were super salty. My prime rib ordered med. rare came more well done and dry along with my partners ribeye being more medium as well. Flavor was there though. Hoping just a fluke and not a permanent let down.

The chicken fried steak, as well as many of the other food items were good for the most part.
The only helpful part is getting someone to bring the trays back to the kitchen more frequently as they run out of plates for the people who purchased the breakfast buffet more often than not.

Just make sure you and the cashier both understand what you ordered.

I usually have a wonderful meal/experience here and always have rated them 5 stars all around, but the last time I was there (on Sunday night 04/26/25), our meal seemed to take forever to come out. They are always busy, and our salads came right out right away (best ranch dressing EVER), but I think they must have forgotten the rest of our meal. After about 30 min, we asked them if it was about done. They came right back with it. I usually get the prime rib special, and it is always amazing! But I ordered the bbq ribs this time and was disappointed. They were not cooked long enough. Try were done. They were just not tender, fall off the bone like they should, and usually are, and for some reason, they were quite spicy (not usually like that either). I ended up taking them home, rinsing the spicyness off, wrapping in foil with some honey BBQ sauce and cooking for about another hour at 300° and they were just right. The portions are large. I can usually get 2-3 meals for myself out of an order, depending on what it is. I will always go back because I think this was just an “off” night. Maybe they had a different cook, and they were pretty busy, idk. But I will tell you, the Prime Rib here has always been AMAZING! (Friday & Saturday nights).
