First time here after a quick Google search this morning. Has a small town family type diner feel to it as soon as you walk in the door. Coffee was hot, the menu was very nice and you could not substitute but could order AlaCart, though, which is a plus. Food was good. They cooked the hash browns perfectly, and the veggies on the omelets needed a few more minutes as they were still a little crunchy but overall a great breakfast. Also want to note that they do serve grits which was really nice to find a place that offer them. Overall we will return for sure, just will request the veggies cooled longer and we will be happy campers.

My friends, family and I frequent several diners in Pekin 2-3 times per month. I must say our recent visit to Missy’s on Court St. was among the best experiences we’ve EVER had!!! Our meals were delivered quickly, hot, and were ample and delicious. This was despite a very busy Sunday morning crowd. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive to our every need!!! We are lucky to have several great breakfast options here in Pekin. I have to put Missy’s on Court St. right at the top of the list!!! Thank you, Missy’s!!!

They also serve lunch for breakfast! The burger was perfectly cooked and the fries were tasty. The eggs were flawless, the bacon was crispy, the soda was properly mixed, and the prices are reasonable! Perfect place to go if you want a quiet atmosphere and tasty food on a budget.

I had the chicken tenderloin horseshoe. It was amazing! Topped will a nice portion of French fries with cheese. Delicious. I recommend this place to anyone for an anytime meal. I must say I also sampled their homemade chilli and vegetable soup. Delicious.

Food was great! This was an old Long John Silvers. You go in and its small but there is a whole other room to the right. Deb was our waitress and was so nice! Will b going back! That is the JUNIOR tenderloin. DEB TOLD US TH BIG ONE WILL COME W 2 BUNS.

My wife and I ordered a jumbo tenderloin it was so hard you couldn’t even eat it we also ordered onion rings and if you look at the pictures submitted with this post that was just wrong to call onion rings it was a big ball of breading all clumped together very gross and so hard and no flavor whatsoever by far in my 52 years the worst onion rings I have ever seen or tryd whoever is cooking there at this hour 7 pm should be demoted it was just a awful awful meal the cook and owner should be ashamed to even put that food out like that it may explain why at 7 pm the restaurant was dead it’s just a shame because we use to eat there all the time but have regretted the last 10 times of giving it another shot just horrible horrible horrible I would not recommend it until someone learns to cook there

This place is amazing! Fresh yummy food including daily made desserts, rolls and pies. All the servers were so nice and knew everyone by name. It’s a small town feel and we will be back soon.

Stopped in for the first time a few days ago and so glad I did! The Mushroom and Swiss burger was excellent. I had asked my server, Sheena(sp?), about a few menu items as I have a good allergy. She was extremely knowledgeable and even wrote my allergy on the kitchen ticket. I am so appreciative for that. Will definitely stop by again!
