We visited October 2025. I got the bison burger, requested medium well – it was very pink and more like medium or medium rare. Taste was okay, the bun was hard as a rock. My husband got a steak and enjoyed it. The French onion soup was yummy. Service was excellent. The atmosphere feels like an old Chinese restaurant. We were hoping for a much more cozy, elegant environment.
We had reservations so did not have to wait for a seat.

Read a bunch of reviews before we came here and the atmosphere IS similar to an old Chinese restaurant-confirmed (but not off-putting). Luckily the space isn’t too loud and you aren’t crammed too close together. I ordered my steak medium, and it came out, medium rare (a beautiful medium rare if I had ordered it) and by the time it came back out,- re-plated and almost certainly microwaved, we were mostly done with our meal. For the price point, I had hoped for a correctly cooked steak as medium is a bit less controversial than most other options. Clams were good, salads were fine but going home with a steak that then needs microwaved again to heat up…after a $200+ bill is…unfortunate.

Angie and crew are amazing!!
We just used them to cater dinner for 200 people at a remote location without a kitchen. Not only did they serve us a 5 Star meal including steak and chicken, it was hot, fresh and so good!!
As a restaurant owner myself I know how much work it is to pull a big cater off and hit all the check marks. Thanks guys! We’ll definitely be recommending you!

Food is very good…….however do not make the mistake I did in assuming the age of the ladies on a Friday night would not deliver. Wow they could work anywhere I travel all over the U.S. and Canada weekly and were amazed at the quality, and convenience service provided. I also have to give kudos to owners that take service seriously and understand the service aspect, would rather have 1 empty table and provided an exceptional dining, over stuffing them in and noone is happy. Great service, great owner understanding of the experience, and very good value on food. Good job M B and phenomenal accommodation for celiac and gluten issues. Very impressive!

The food here is amazing! We started out with perfectly cooked scallops. My husband and I both ordered medium rare ribeyes. Both seasoned and cooked to perfection! We haven’t found a place in Missoula that can cook a medium rare steak as well as they do here. The mashed potatoes are really smooth and you can tell they use fresh garlic. The asparagus was also seasoned and cooked nicely. It does get busy, I’d highly recommend reservations. The food is worth it! We can’t wait to come back!

Let me start with the positive. The food is fabulous here. Absolutely delicious and we have eaten here several times. Recently though booked a party of 7 for brunch on a Sunday and the service from start to end was just terrible. Booked reservation couple weeks out and confirmed night before. We showed up 5 min early and did not get seated for 20 min, did not get asked our drink order or anything for that matter for another 15, drinks finally l arrived 40 min after arriving. Ordered appetizers for the table they came and had no small plates so requested those and waitress said sure, then left table and went to another table to take their order. Got up and got the plates ourselves. Several other tables complained about service. Their staff are not well trained at all and they could use a strong manager to get things running better. Other visits not this bad but not great either. With all this said, again the food is wonderful so we will keep going back, but PLEASE train your staff in service.

First let me say coming in the place has great ambiance… The lighting and decor is fun but classy. The menu isn’t over bearing but has a full range if options we started with the meat and cheese plate..( which we will drive the short distance from Hamilton to eat a lot) this was so good .. we are well traveled foodies but this was so elegant and simple at the same time the fresh honeycomb ( no doubt local) was ama,ing. Figs and nuts, perfect blend of cheeses. My wife had the kale salad with an amazing pumpkin blended dressing the kale was perfect texture. She also had the scallops. Which were seared perfect and so good. I had the lamb and it was delicious the red cabbage was crisp still and the lamb was cooked perfect.. everything was great and priced so well. Our server was awesome. I totally couldn’t hear her name through the mask but she was awesome and we hope to get her again. Thank you guys.

The Mission Bistro is absolutely outstanding and a local favorite. Consistently good food, wine, and the owners and waitstaff are top notch.
Their menu includes something for everyone.
I always get the Mussels or the lamb or the filet, well you get my point.
Oh yes and Sunday Brunch is absolutely incredible.
