Came to Las Vegas and kept looking for some good barbecue finally found it in Henderson! Mission Barbecue was delicious got the 3 meat with turkey, moist brisket, and pulled pork, it came with cornbread which was absolutely divine even though it was needing some jalapeno! The side of Mac and cheese was also really good. Don’t get me started on the in-house sauces the Tupelo Honey Heat was outstanding! Jen was super helpful and brought out some Mustard for the jalepeno cheddar sausage my friend got! To top it all off the place supports the military AND first responders!!!! Outstanding!!!

What a cool place, literally the only thing better than the food is the service! Everybody was so helpful, friendly, and on top of things!
Their iced tea is absolutely perfect, not too strong, tannic for that disgusting greasy film on top. Trust me, I am a tea connoisseur.
We had a salad and the two meat combo with brisket and shredded chicken. There are so many barbecue sauces and toppings to choose from; Memphis Bell, and Texas Twang were my favorite, but the white sauce on the brisket was really good too. Try them all and decide for yourself.
We even got a couple pieces of cornbread and they gave us a sample of the jalapeño cheddar sausage, which was so good! Just the right amount of a little bit of heat and savory cheese.
Oh! I almost forgot the best part… The greens! I will definitely be back just for a whole cup of those greens. They were so good!

Came here because my daughter wanted some ribs. We were kind of excited since also a few friends said this place was really good! Well aside from the astronomical prices. The brisket was dry, even the “moist” option. French fries tasted very similar to wing stops. Classes sausage was ehh okay at best.my daughters did like the ribs though. I did not try them so I cannot come to on them. Sweet tea was on point!

The service is good. My smoked salmon was extremely salty. When I took it back, there was no problem with getting a different dish. The staff’s attitude When I exchange, my full was extremely polite upbeat didn’t give me no problems at all. We also had a 3 meat sampler. It was pretty good. We have the brisket pulled pork and the Turkey mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes was pretty good. The prices are a little steep. A 3 me sampler, the smoked salmon and 3 drinks and 2 sides cost me 50 bucks. Overall, I enjoy the experience.

I’ve been 4 times now and every time the brisket has been perfect. The other items are great too but I typically judge a bbq place by their brisket.
They have great selection of bbq sauces to try from different areas.
Service has been great every time.
I live in skye canyon so it’s a bit of a drive for me but this has become my go to spot now.

Well….this by far was the worst BBQ experience. I had to come on here immediately, so no one else would waste their money, which, by the way, was over $60, for two. Which is concerning in itself. I have paid triple that price in TX, so it’s not because I’m cheap. Brisket was so very dry, even the “wet” style supposed to have more fat. Ribs were in the same boat. Everything tasted the same. I did however, enjoy the Mac n cheese. If you’re looking for under mediocre, this is your spot.

The brisket was delicious! I love the military atmosphere with pictures of many soldiers from all branches of service. I especially enjoyed meeting Jen, the Community Ambassador. She was so nice and made our first visit so enjoyable that Mission BBQ will be a regular and frequent eating place for me and my family and friends!

The food was amazing! I had the pulled chicken and brisket with green beans and bacon and potato salad. It came with cornbread. The chicken was very tender and flavorful and it was great with the Alabama white sauce. There are 6 types of sauces at the table you can try on your food. The Baja bold was good with the brisket. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Will tell my friends to come here and ill be back!

On 11-11-2025 at around 2:30pm i wanted to treat myself to a great meal on Veterans Day.
So i went to Mission BBQ because i wanted to try their ribs. I bought the full rack of ribs and beans & coleslaw. Plus Mission BBQ gave me a free delicious chicken sandwich for being a Veteran.
I would Highly Recommend
Mission BBQ because the food is delicious, Service is very quick and friendly Staff.
The prices are very reasonable. The decor was very nice & clean. Everything and more that you could ask for in an awesome BBQ Restaurant. The food i bought lasted me 3 days so the portions are generous.

It was my first time trying Mission BBQ tonight and I did a pickup order for dinner.
The resturant was cozy, brightly lit, and clean. The employees were helpful and nice when I picked up my order.
I tried a 3 meat sampler with moist-cut brisket, 2 piece ribs, and sausage with fries and cornbread. The brisket was smoky, tender, and not too fatty. It was my favorite meat. Ribs and sausage were also fresh, tender, and smoky. The fries were fresh with a smoky taste and aroma. Cornbread was soft and fresh.
I requested spicy bbq sauce and received that along with a sweet bbq sauce. Both sauces went perfectly with the bbq.
I enjoyed the bbq and will recommend it to others. I will be back since I liked the food and the location!
