Visiting from out of town for work, I saw the reviews and gave Mission a chance. Overall, I’d give it a solid 4.5. Since half stars aren’t possible, based on food, service, and atmosphere, I rounded up to a 5. If, like me you’d never been to a mission location. You pick your choices up front. They call pit your name. Pick up your tray and enjoy.

Love this place. Been going for years pretty much every week if not every other week. I get a pound of brisket and make sure to specify that I want it LEAN because I don’t want any fat on it. Or at least minimal fat. Never been a problem till the past several months, 6 out of the last 8 times I’ve gone there I’ve received brisket with pieces that are half fat/half meat if not more fat than meat. In the picture that is a pile of fat I had to separate from the meat. Just unacceptable to pay $32 for a pound of meat, 2 sides of fries and a drink and get that. The meat I do get with my order is still good, just think I should be getting what I ordered.

My son and I went to mission bbq in Canton, Ohio. Staff friendly, food so good, the flavors!! They gave coupons for a free sandwich. For our next time we are there. Then they came around for first timers with a free dessert. They treated us so well. We WILL be back! Even their lemonade was perfect! You have to try this place!!!

Food was mouth watering and excellent. I didn’t want it to end! Chris the manager was so great, he came and talked to us and gave us free sandwich cards because it was our first time! We sent our son and his girlfriend the other day and they’re now fans! We’ll definitely be trying everything on the menu! I had pulled pork no sauce because I like to taste my meat! Yum! My fiance got brisket and Mac and cheese and he couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was. We are definitely fans and will be back and sending everyone we know!

We were told about this place from our son- who is an Airmen. We decided to give it a try. We were greeted and treated like family. The GM came personally to our table to make sure everything was up to her standards. Customer service at its finest. Thank you again for your hospitality.

My wife and I loved this place!! Staff was fantastic as well as the food. They stop at noon every day and sing the national anthem to our flag….we felt honored to be there. Worth every penny!

The food was incredibly delicious and super flavorful. Very tender steak! The dessert is very yummy and worth the money. The scenery and atmosphere is very enjoyable. The employees are incredibly nice and treat you like family. Lupe is a great worker and a very nice person. He walked around the dining room and offered samples to the tables. Most certainly coming back.
