When I tell you I be looking forward to the briskett…. my last experience the man cutting kept taking all the edged( flavor ) off, I asked the cashier what is he doing? I was disappointed in my order I do not like the lean. But I also like the darkened flavor to stay on my meat. I got home and it was no flavor. It was a Sunday. I guess different day different cook different day different cutter. Hit or miss 2/5

Two months ago on a work trick my wife and I discovered Mission BBQ. Now it my go to place. My son and I enjoyed it tonight. My one disappointment was the Smoked Ribeye was a limited edition. But the mouist brisket with Smoky WV BBQ sauce and the honey bourbon special both made a great brisket dance.

One of my favorite quick restaurants in Louisville. The food is always on point plus love the specialty soda options the service is always friendly and fast. I love the “Mission” with all of the recognition to our Vets, Police and Fire. The vibe and food here is Fantastic! Brought my family here for a quick bite most of them for the first time and it was a “HIT” as expected!

First time eating Mission BBQ. I had heard good things. But it wasn’t just good. It was INCREDIBLE! I had the pulled chicken, mac n cheese, and corn casserole. This was hands down the best BBQ I have ever had. Every sauce option was delicious and I tried all 6! I will definitely be coming back.

Nice and clean. Food was good. Turkey was moist and lean. Pulled chicken was good and had a good BBQ taste. Green beans and baked beans were seasoned and had good flavor. Corn bread was moist and flaky. This was my 1st time and I will be back. I kinda wished they had potatoe salad. There was no kids menu for my little.

Most restaurants aren’t really worth going to these days, but Mission BBQ is an exception. We had the brisket and pulled chicken sandwich. Both were phenomenal! There are six different sauces that you can try. My favorite is the Memphis Belle – it is sweet. The plates come with a piece of sweet cornbread and a side. Service was great and fast. Nothing to complain about. We’re already back for the second time in 24 hours Enjoy!

I feel like Mission is one of the best BBQ places around, period. This is the 3rd location we’ve eaten at, and it’s always on point the many times we’ve been. I LOVE the brisket; especially the sandwiches, and the sides always make it that much better. The sauce choices are awesome, and the customer service is great to boot. They usually wind up helping us to the table with our large orders. Can’t say enough good things!

Stopped in for bbq, and loved it. Not a huge connoisseur when it comes to bbq, but I know when I like it. Had ribs, Mac n cheese, and green beans. Everything was great, ribs were well seasoned, and fell off the bone. If I had one critique it’s that I wish there was a little more smoke on them. That being said they have a pick of 6 regional sauces, and they had one that was nice and smoky to add to the ribs. I’ll definitely come back and try the brisket, highly recommend!
