I have had Mission BBQ before but had never visited this business. Ordering was easy and hardly any wait time. Food is a little pricey but it is everywhere now so no surprises. Absolutely enjoyed the meals we got. We got them to go. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be back!!

Nice clean, welcoming and friendly. But, “NC BBQ” is not merely rubbed and smoked BBQ with a dollop of cole-slaw. Totally different cooking process and flavor profile. Ordered hamburger instead. Informed toppings ONLY lettuce, cheese, pickle, and tomato. No onions (I asked). Hamburger cooked perfectly with good smoky taste, but lettuce was very small “end” piece (not green) of iceberg. Tomato was very small piece cut from top (stem end still attached). Cheese (melted) covered about half the patty. Fries well-cooked, tasty but WAY too much salt! Bun OK (didn’t eat it) because it was too much “bread” for only a modest size hamburger without proper toppings. 16 bucks with tea (ouch).

This franchise should not claim to be “All American” and military friendly and yet not give a small discount to active duty! It is just an image for them. Food is good, but portions are small for the money. Almost slipped outside of the bathroom. No fault of the staff who are very friendly and trained well. As military members will never return.
