The Missing Link is an incredible barbecue restaurant that completely blew me away with its amazing flavors and downright irresistible dishes. Let me tell you about the pork belly—it was an absolute delight. The moment I took a bite, I was transported to a realm of pure culinary bliss. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, practically melting in my mouth. And the taste? Oh boy, it was beyond amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of smokiness, savory goodness, and a hint of sweetness. The pork belly had a crispy, caramelized exterior that added a satisfying crunch to each mouthful. In FRIGGIN CREDIBLE

I have to commend the chef’s expertise in preparing such a remarkable dish. They truly know their way around barbecue. And let’s not forget the barbecue sauce that accompanied the pork belly—it was the perfect tangy and zesty complement. I tried them all! It elevated the dish to a whole new level of deliciousness. .The freshness of the meat is literally to die for

Beyond the pork belly, The Missing Link offers a cozy atmosphere inside a train car, very attentive service in a smaller space, and a special find! I highly recommend visiting The Missing Link for an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you craving more WITHOUT A DOUBT

This place is going to be one to keep an eye on. Very cool atmosphere and the train cars are only a month or two from completion. The outside dining area is well kept and the new fence provides a wonderful windblock to keep your dining experience enjoyable.

Even without the train aspect this is great food ran by very nice people. Will definitely be stopping back by before I leave the area.

I got the pulled pork platter. Requested the Texas BBQ Spicy sauce on the side. Very good flavor without being too much. The beans are good, the pickles are killer.

Highly recommend.

Remarkable little spot. I’ve never seen American BBQ / Portuguese fusion before, but I suppose this is the best area to make it happen!

We sampled quite a few plates. Highly recommend the Azorean. All the meat we got was cooked to perfection. Beautiful Smokey flavor with the right amount of juiciness. Max and cheese was so creamy. Cowboy cakes were incredible.

The folks who work here are super friendly and love what they do. Definitely swing by!

Awesome BBQ. Best I’ve had near me. I would say it’s a mix of BBQ from different regions but all good. They smoke brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and pork belly. Burgers and other dishes are inventive and all looked good.

I had the burnt end smashburger and my wife had the swine on Mac N cheese. Both were delicious. Also got a side of brisket which was cut thick, moist, and tender.

Check it out if you’re in the area. We plan to check them out for breakfast sometime soon as well.

I went with my husband, 2 year old and 5 month old. They are super kid/baby friendly and so nice here. The good was incredible and the strawberry crunch cheesecake was delicious! They also have an outdoor area that’s very nice

This is excellent BBQ. We get stuff off of the Dopeish section of the menu. Tonight we got the Texan with cheese sauce and the Chu-Pork-Abra. The Texan is topped with their brisket which is so delicious and smoky. There are so many layers of flavor throughout this dish. The best base, and I have tried them all, is the corn cakes. They are soft and fluffy with a touch of sweetness which is great because they compliment the smokiness of the rest of the dish. The people who work there are down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Great BBQ. Definitely start with their ribs and venture off to other parts of their menu. You could throw a dart at ANY menu item and be happy. Of course the train makes it special, but outside on nice days is an added bonus. Service is as expected, and the owners are always hands on assisting guests and staff.
