I hate to write bad reviews!!!
This place made my wife so angry , that I had to go to another resto just to make her happy .
The resto is beautifully built and makes you feel warm and cozy . Menu looks exciting. Location is great. But food ! Cmon , I was surprised how the food was below level of appreciation.
I ordered pad thai ( the very basic and famous dish ) it came with vermicelli thin noddles which were madly sticking to each other like a lump , the dish tasted like it was tossed in ketchup , what a disappointment and disaster.
Then I ordered the lemongrass chicken and coconut rice , ( sound delicious right ) , guys it didn’t had no hint of lemongrass and no coconut flavour to rice . Atleast toss those ingredients in proper wok just to give that wok flavor, but no it was so plain and I couldn’t figure out what sauce it was made in , but sure no lemongrass.
Don’t be fooled with portion sizes , they are huge but you can’t finish them coz it is not tasty at all .
I also ordered half portion deep fried squid , and they came soggy and so much oily. Miss Saigon you really made my miss angry . Nothing is authentic. I have had best Vietnamese food in very small local resto and cafes and they were so delicious.
Never coming back . I don’t know how you guys have 2 locations but there should be proper training in kitchen .
Thank you for such a disappointing experience.

The spicy margarita mocktail was unreal! Try this!
We both ordered the double bowls and loved every bite we could manage to get in. The leftovers were nicely packed up for us to take home.
Service was warm and attentive. The restaurant is super clean and so cute.
It’s a 10/10 for us and we will be back

I ordered the Double Doubowl (Rare Beef Noodle Soup & Grilled Pork Vermicelli).

1. I noticed the Uni-Eagle Sriracha bottle on the table, but the sauce inside tasted like Huy Fong Sriracha. This suggests the bottle may have been refilled with a different brand. I’m not complaining about the brand itself, but it made me wonder whether the bottle is cleaned thoroughly before being refilled.

2. The sauces were left on every table. I’m curious whether they are ever stored in a cooler, or if they remain at room temperature at all times.

3. The bean sprouts appeared very dry, and the color was turning brown, which made it seem like they had been sitting out on the kitchen counter for too long.

4. The pho noodles were undercooked.

Overall, it was okay

First off, the atmosphere in here is absolutely lovely. It is vibrant and inviting visually. I came in as a single person and sensed a hesitation to seat me at a table so I offered to sit at the bar to preserve their tables for larger groups and they swiftly agreed. I would not do that again. The bar is very short and doesn’t jut out enough so my knees were pressed super uncomfortably into the base. I am a small person so it would be even worse for anyone else. I tried to shift my knees to the side when I was not eating. Shortly after, a sharply dressed man came in and asked for a table for one and had a much more effusive welcome and taken to a table immediately. That didn’t make me feel great.

Every time the door opened I got blasted with cold air at the bar. I wanted to order another drink, but ironically, sitting at the bar I did not receive much attention. By the time I was checked on I was ready to leave. I had a spring roll vermicelli bowl and quite enjoyed it. The pandan old fashioned was also enjoyable. Long story short, don’t sit at the bar.

I ordered Thai Green Chicken Curry with coconut rice and 2 green onion cakes.
I recieved what I think was Thai Green Curry(was no sauce so couldnt exactly tell) with beef and plain rice, the only flavour was salt. The green onion cakes had no filling and I think were precooked and reheated. They were like leather with one so dry it was like a deep fried wonton. I contacted skip and got partially refunded but still paid over $30 for this meal. I emailed the location and never heard back.
This place came recommended, and was surprised at the order being so wrong and so low quality.

The visit starts with the pleasing sight of a tall door handle decorated to appear like a bamboo tree trunk. I enjoyed the comfortable and peaceful ambience of the spacious dining room, and tackled the tasty bowl of vermicelli topped with grilled beef skewers, spring roll, and plenty of vegetables. Thank you for a hearty lunch experience!

This place deserves a 5+ stars out of 5. It was our first time there. At 2pm they were still packed. We had the homemade veitnamese spring rolls and the regular size of the Meatball soup. The spring rolls were perfect not over fried and/or greasy. Very flavorful. The sauce was so gorgeous I felt like I could drink it. The meatball soup was not only flavorful it was beautifully fragrant. No over cooked to soggy noodles. The soup bowls are a very great price. We saw the $23 bowl and its huge. Your name and time you took to eat it is put on the board of fame. We got the regular bowl for $16. Typically for me I would be taking over half home but I couldn’t stop eating it. It’s that amazing. So here I sit with an over full stomach no regrets telling you please go and give the restaurant a chance. I highly doubt you will regret it. It’s extremely well kept. The staff is very much on top of their service.very friendly. We saw some gorgeous looking dishes going out and everyone enjoying their food. As a die hard foodie who has been in over 30 countries and food is my touristy thing I love to do…. I don’t give out 5 stars that easy. 5+ is extremely rare.

What a little gem for our town. We visit often and it never disappoints. Their Pho broth is the best, just enough salt for a great taste but definitely not too salty as you find in a lot of other places. Portions are very generous as well.

Food was perfect! Highly recommend the Double Doubowl. Soup and rice meal combination.

Also, servers are kind, friendly and great customer service.

Their old fashioned was great too. Usually bourbon but their Japanese whisky works well too.

I had high hopes for this place, especially after enjoying the salad rolls and being impressed with the duo bowls—but unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.

Service was extremely poor. After we were seated we waited 20 minutes before finally having to flag someone down just to get a glass of water. That alone was disappointing, but what happened next was genuinely alarming.

While eating the beef meatball soup, we discovered large, sharp clam shell shards in the soup. This is a beef dish—there shouldn’t be any clams involved. My mom bit into one and ended up breaking a tooth. The pain she’s in now is awful, and it’s incredibly dangerous that something like this could’ve been ingested. These were a decent size and razor sharp. It could’ve seriously injured someone if swallowed.

I wish I had taken a picture of the shell, but the staff quickly took it away before I had the chance.

The manager was kind and did cover our bill, which we appreciated. However, no compensation can undo the damage done. My mom now needs dental work, and she’s suffering in pain over something that should’ve never happened. This experience has completely ruined any chances of us returning.
