Looking for a place to eat on Valentine’s Day, we found this one. We had a short wait, which was expected. I got the fried rice with everything. I always add a couple of over-easy eggs, which really help bring the flavors together. We also got egg rolls with rice noodles, which you put in a lettuce wrap with a sweet vinegar sauce. It was definitely worth it. We will be back.

Today, my boyfriend and I were craving Vietnamese food and decided to try Miss Saigon. The space and atmosphere were nice, and the service was decent. We both ordered Bún Bò Huế and an appetizer of chicken wings.
The Bún Bò Huế was actually pretty good—better than other places I’ve tried in Tucson, including other Miss Saigon locations. However, the chicken wings were just okay. The outside was a bit too hard, although the inside was fine. I also didn’t enjoy the sweet chili sauce; it didn’t quite match my Vietnamese taste.
Overall, I’d say the Bún Bò Huế is worth coming back for, but the chicken wings weren’t for me. Since this was my first visit, I’d like to come again to see what other dishes might be good. Based on my Vietnamese taste, some items here seem great, while others are just average.

I was really wanting to love this place but it was just ok. Being completely honest, Panda Express is better in my opinion. Maybe if I spent time in real Vietnam I would appreciate it more, but as far as my experiences in Asian cuisine, I was not impressed by anything here.

I’ve been a regular at Miss Saigon for several years and have nothing but positive things to say about it.

First and foremost, the food is consistently excellent and the restaurant is meticulously clean. I’m a big soup lover, and pho has become a cornerstone of my comfort foods. Miss Saigon always delivers. It’s also one of the few places where I can reliably find truly delicious Vietnamese coffee, made to perfection.

I frequent the Broadway and Craycroft location most often (it’s closer), but also because the staff’s professionalism genuinely stands out. Most restaurants have polite, courteous service, but here it’s noticeably above average. It’s not something I usually prioritize when choosing a place to eat, but it’s a welcome touch. I especially appreciate how attentive they are about keeping my water refilled.

Because I’ve eaten here so often, I’ve had the chance to meet many of the people there, including the owners and their two sons. The Ma family is incredibly warm and generous, and that spirit clearly shows in how they run the restaurant. Their sons are respectful, hardworking, and take their roles seriously without any hint of entitlement. It’s genuinely gratifying to support a great restaurant that’s backed by such a terrific family.

Eat here. Make it a recurring stop. Thank me later.

The pho was refreshing and flavorful, with a light yet rich broth that wasn’t overpowering. Each bite was satisfying thanks to the generous amount of fresh toppings—tender beef slices, crunchy bean sprouts, and fragrant herbs. The rice noodles had a great texture, perfectly cooked and not too soft. What impressed me most was how balanced everything felt—the flavors blended harmoniously, making it both comforting and delicious. It’s the kind of dish you’d want to come back to, especially on a warm day when you’re craving something light yet filling. Highly recommended for pho lovers!

I’ve been coming to Miss Saigon for years at this point. easily dozens of times, and they have never missed. Not once.

Grabbed the 21 large again and it was just as good as the first time I had it. The food here is genuinely fresh. You can taste it. This isn’t reheated, sitting-in-a-tray food. Everything comes out like they actually care about what they’re putting on the table.

Miss Saigon is the one I keep going back to. That says everything. If you haven’t tried it yet, just go.

Stop reading reviews and go eat.

An authentic taste Vietnamese cuisine. The portions are really big, even a regular Pho is more than enough for a proper dinner.
Maybe it is my European standard speaking, but the spring rolls are double in diameter compared to what I am used to.
Everything was really tasty and nice, including the place itself and the service.
Highly recommended!

Safe to say I’m addicted. I’m still exploring the menu but when I need a go to meal that’s filling, and not hard on the wallet, this is always my first go to now. Definitely better than fast food hands down.
