Miss Pho is a new restaurant and noodle bar, owned and operated by Thu Tat, a seasoned restauranteur with over 15 years of experience serving Seattle’s foodies. Known for leading her family’s restaurant Hue Ky Mi Gia in Kent, WA and making it a legendary stop for comforting bowls of traditional Vietnamese and Chinese noodle soups, she always had a passion for the unique flavors found in Vietnamese cuisine. She saw a gap in the market for a restaurant that focused on traditional pho but with unique regional variations. With the opening of Miss Pho, she brings the diverse flavors of all three regions of Vietnam – North, Central, and South and introduces diners to authentic Vietnamese dishes that are hard to find locally.

Starting with the pho; it’s exactly what you want. The broth is perfect. So aromatic, perfectly salted. The meats are generous and fresh. The noodle ratio excellent. The accoutrements (basil, lime, sprouts) all fresh.
I had the Ha Noi Style. It was a delight. My dining partner had the pho tai. I’d get them again and again.
The Vietnamese coffee was tasty.
The workers were kind and helpful. The service was quick! I loved the open kitchen.
The restaurant is CLEAN! Shout to the cleaning staff. Cleanest restaurant I’ve visited in ages.
Free parking
Service here was really odd as when we entered, our main waiter meekly asked how many but only my boyfriend heard him. He pointed to a free table and brought us waters. It took some time get our order in but he would bring us our food quickly. However, afterwards there is no check in until you look like you’re finished as that’s when they stopped by with the check. Additionally, if it weren’t for the fact that we saw other patrons pay at the counter, we would have been sitting there forever as no employees mentioned that.
The inside gives off very cozy vibes and I love the motorbike as a centerpiece in the dining room. The restaurant has good lighting for good pictures. There are plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all types of groups or solo diners. They were decently busy when we arrived during the afternoon on a Friday.
The food is amazing, the service is awesome, especially with a very wholesome staff Mama-Mia! She always brightens up our meals
Besides the pho, our favorite dish is “Salt and pepper tofu”!
Neither of us left disappointed. I hear the wings are bomb so I’ll be trying those next.
We forgot to take a picture before we started eating, but we had pho Hanoi & the special rib pho. Pretty generous with the meat. The broth has good flavor. The Hanoi one comes with picked garlic, and the broth tastes strongly of the pickled garlic (so you might either love it or hate it).
The egg yolk made the broth richer and we do quite like it.
