Fresh made pizza that you can (sometimes) order on CTAF! Great place for a quick cross country flight from Denver with a tricky VOR approach for instrument students. Fly the approach then eat pizza while you talk about how it went wrong

I can not say much for atmosphere because it was empty. But I ordered a medium calzone. The price was good for the quantity of food. It was very delicious, hot, and served in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and will stop again if I’m in the area.

Awesome homemade pizza served at the airport in Akron, Colorado, just a mile north of town. The chef makes his crust fresh every day from scratch, and there is a great selection of calzones, subs and deli sandwiches as well. A great stop if you’re passing through the area (or flying into Akron!).

Small place. Easy to get to. I’m rating it before I eat it. Smells excellent and the guy that runs the place is very friendly. They make everything from scratch. It’s good to be able to grab food from somewhere local instead of eating the same thing all the time on the road. Parked my bobtail truck, ordered and away I go. I’m sure it’s great.

I have stopped in for a few pizzas while flying. Call ahead and they’ll have it ready for you. The two guys that work there are great. My favorite pizza is the carnivore!
