A literal hole in the wall kinda place. (For real, there is a gigantic, unpatched hole in the exterior wall that leads into the interior.) we drove 1:15 from Augusta to try this place because it had a reputation as really good, but it looked like a dump from the get go. That didn’t stop us tho because some of the best places don’t look so great on the outside. The inside wasn’t any better. The walls have holes and stains, the ductwork is open and exposed. All of the tables were dirty. She did come clean them though. I got two thighs, fries, a roll, and slaw- but only because there were no breasts available, or gizzards, or wings. My husband got strips, which looked like they came out of a bag from Costco. My chicken looked good- golden brown and crispy and juicy, so I had high hopes, but it had no seasoning at all, which was surprising. Before we left we went to wash our hands because they were greasy from fried chicken, only to be told “we turned the water off in the bathroom because the bathroom is outside and the homeless people sleep out there and they don’t want them using the water.” I’m pretty sure that no hot or running water in the bathroom is a huge health code violation, but I mean, if you have giant holes from outside going inside and open duct work, what’s a little E. coli…?

The employees or owner very nice from another country with a heavy accent the chicken lacked any seasoning at all! And I’m not sure was it a reheat? The breader would have been good if you used even a pinch of seasoning, the tea had a funny taste and the liver was awful. The place could use a good cleaning and paint I’m not sure when Department of Agriculture (DHEC) comes through but violations galore. Again nice people but we definitely would not return

Great value for great fried chicken. Ordered the ten piece dark with a small fries and small fried okra. Had enough for two for dinner and lunch the next day. Second best fried chicken I have ever had. The best was in CA at a small Jamaican hut that no longer exists.

I love Miss Ann’s Fried Chicken.The chicken is always hot and juicy.I ordered two 2 wing snacks the wings were huge.You can make a meal of just one snack.The staff is always friendly.They’re busy anytime you go but the line moves fast.The dining room has a Lot of seating.I really love coming here it a value.So check it out.
