La pizza está perfecta. El borde tiene ese toque quemadito del queso que toda pizza cubana de verdad debe tener. La masa, gruesa y bien cocida, mantiene su estructura sin romperse al doblarla, con una textura que logra el equilibrio ideal entre suave y firme.
El sabor es exquisito, quizá un poco más dulce de lo que yo prefiero, pero ese matiz juega muy bien con lo salado del queso. La cantidad de queso, perfecta: suficiente para cubrir y fundirse con la masa sin empalagar ni quedarse corta.
Una pizza que respeta la tradición cubana, con ese sabor casero que recuerda a las pizzerías de los barrios de Cuba. Sin duda, una de las mejores interpretaciones de la pizza cubana en el área de Bradenton.
