I travel often and have the pleasure of trying sushi in multiple states. I can honestly say Miso Sushi and Grill serves the best sushi that I’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to check out this restaurant. AMAZING!!!!

Overall flavors were good. Enjoyed most of what we got. Server was very friendly and attentive.
We had to send one sushi roll back as it had a distinct fish flavor on a roll with no fish, for a guest who is allergic. Server asked kitchen to be sure they cleaned knives and surfaces and re-make the roll. Second roll was as expected.
For a quick family meal or take-out, would recommend. Just be sure to request that kitchen tools are cleaned if you have any allergies. (This should be standard practice in every kitchen, but it doesn’t hurt to specifically request it to be sure. )

Stopped by and found this treasure island. The sushi is so good the sashimi is fresh and price reasonable. We ordered three rolls and one sashimi combination, all good. I told the staff that I am jealous to the residents here
I also saw some negative reviews and it is interesting that most of them said the food is great. The restaurant sits in a house renovated building, though old but clean and cozy. No smell at all and you can have a great lunch or dinner here

the best sushi i’ve EVER had. every ingredient was incredibly fresh, homemade sauces were out of this world, and the servers were attentive, efficient, and friendly. and it wasn’t that expensive at all!

We stopped here on a long roadtrip from Canada to DC. We got the spicy tuna, aloha, TNT, summer dream, and Sapporo rolls. They were all delicious! Generous portions of fish well balanced with fresh vegetables and crunchy stuff.
The staff were all super welcoming and thoughtful and we got our food fast! The rolls were very affordable as well. We’ll certainly be back whenever we’re in the area!

We head to Miso as often as we can for great sushi. The Volcano Special is delicious – the best specialty roll I’ve ever had at any restaurant! Usually my husband and I both order our own. The staff are kind and attentive, but never overbearing. Prices are fair. Highly recommend Miso.

TERRIBLE…. My honest review. It was a rainy Tuesday afternoon, decided to go here with my husband. I based it off the reviews, DO NOT trust the reviews. This place had a horrible smell, smelt like burnt cat or carpet or something. This made me nauseas. We ordered 3 rolls, the TNT roll, the Miso roll, and the Shrimp Tempura roll. We also got an appetizer, the Maryland Spring roll. The spring roll was good, nice and hot. But the other 3 rolls were disgusting. Seaweed was old, and chewy. Burnt my mouth, and horrible fishy taste. We actually felt sick leaving the place, I’m glad we only got 3 rolls. We threw away most of it. Worst $52 I’ve ever spent. I repeat, don’t believe the reviews, please go to another place I eat sushi everywhere I go, worst place by far… OH and I thought I should mention, the restaurant is a house. Definitely false advertisement.
