Lovely little ramen shop! Great outdoor seating with nice picnic tables and lighting. Nice area of town. Absolutely loved their broth and noodles, this was very delicious and cozy tasting ramen.

Great food. Very good broth for soups, appetizers are exactly as described. They definitely use high quality ingredients l. Definitely worth the price of each dish. It might get busy depending the time you show up but service is very quick. Only thing I didn’t like is that once you pay they have a giant screen prompting you to tip. So for you guys out there be warned on wondering eyes because it’s a really big screen.

The food from Miso Ramen is absolutely delicious, and the portions are big. I’ve always dined in, but I see many people grab take-out there. There’s only one main dish or side that’s gluten-free, the veggie curry, and it’s tasty. If you’re not sensitive to gluten but prefer GF noodles, you can substitute those in any of their bowls. I believe their mochi is gluten-free as well but haven’t tried it yet.

It was my first visit at I am pretty satisfied. I had an Pork Belly Buns for appetizer, good but I would prefer Chinese style. For main dish I took Miso Ramen, it was good but I would prefer to have more meet than I received that’s why 4 not 5. For sure I’ll be back to taste some other ramens. If you like super spicy food I would ask for level 3 and maybe take some spicy sauce on the side

This place should be tagged as the #1 spot for simple, authentic ramen in the Triangle. The portions are massive, delicious and they’re at reasonable prices that don’t break the bank. Well worth several trips if you need your ramen fix.

Miso Ramen Bar has been my favorite place in the Triangle area to get ramen. The noodles always have great chew and the broth is so flavorful. My favorite is the Spicy Tan Tan with chicken. It’s super low key which I enjoy for a quick bite with friends. It never disappoints.

Tried their Tonkotsu Ramen and was very happy. First time I wasn’t able to finish but perhaps it was my lack of breakfast this morning. Service was great, each interaction was enjoyable. Plan to stop by again next time I’m in the area.

This is a small eatery with a short menu, but great food. I had Curry Tofu Rice Bowl & hubby had Miso Noodles. Both were excellent and we had doggie bags! We’re planning on going back.

Good ramen and a deent menu. The place lacks space but there is seating outside. It’s in a good location and the staff is nice. Worth a stop if you like Ramen. Always a plus to have anime playing on the tv 🙂
