Miso Hungry is the best food to eat at Jay Peak. Home made bone broth, charred pork, spicy, nourishing. I love it. There is nothing better than warming up by the fire with a steaming hot bowl of spicy Ramen after a great day of powder skiing with your family.

Such a great Ramen stand! I have had multiple flavors and enjoyed them all! The spicy miso ramen is my favorite! They are ready in just 3-4 minutes!

I wish I could give them ten stars! Ramen is one of my favorite foods, and getting to have a delicious sesame shoyu bowl while skiing, with a nice, warm canned Japanese coffee was over the top! Our entire group waited less than ten minutes to order as a group of five, and the food was out within ten minutes to us. My only complaint is that these folks aren’t at more ski spots! I’d never have another burger and fries again. Truly a gem.

This place is dynamite! You must try the food! It is perfect! The ramen was out of this world in flavor, heartiness, presentation and price. The bowl in which the soup is served is huge! The food was rich and colorful and the spice level was mild , I guess you can request/order more intensity in the spice level. The egg, the green leafy vegetables, the pork slices and the soup’s consistency- all incredibly delicious! The service was quick and the ambiance outside was lovely, bright sun beautiful music wafting in the air. This is a must try at Jay Peak! The two best restaurants are Miso Hungry and Alice’s Table— hands down! Mark my words.

Tremendous Japanese food break at Jay Peak. What a great find. Spicy Tuna onigiri was tummy warming along with the miso soup and the mushroom tofu onigiri. Will do it again!

Pretty transitional ramen and the meat is pretty good and soft. The egg is perfect cooked as well. The girl at front desk is so hot! Overall, the experience is pretty goood. Also there are fire besides the place to keep you warm. Very nice!

Pretty good but not real Japanese cuisine. Kids ramen had no meat or egg in it. It was $9 and not even half the container was full, the miso ramen was $17. Not much noodles in either. The broth was good. Probably wouldn’t buy here again.
They did have a seating area near a fire pit which was nice. I can see the thrill of skiing up to it, but if you’re just walking up to it from the water park, nothing special.

Decent ramen while on the mountain! The novelty is probably the best part. Noodles have a good chew and the pork is actually pretty tender. The vegetables, spinach and raw carrots, are a let down and they shouldn’t be included. The flavor profile is jarring and bean sprouts and cabbage are probably just as cheap.

So adorable ramen place they have a few ramen options but it’s delicious! I had spicy miso ramen and hot milk tea(you can choose cold or hot) and it was all so delicious. There’s a line but not too long. Each ramen was about 16.50dollars except for veggie ramen(14$). I really loved the taste and experience at the snow mountain. I wanna go back soon!

I had spicy miso and shoyu. The broth was unspecified, but it’s probably chicken.
My main complaint is that the noodles didn’t taste very good with the shoyu soup, although they were delicious with the miso soup. Neither had very strong flavors, but I think that is actually a good thing as it is balanced. Presentation and utensils were awful, but they don’t really have a choice.
The restaurant being in an old lift is cool, but very inconvenient if you don’t want your ramen to get cold
Also, I don’t think it’s that overpriced. It’s $19 with tax. Considering the only other things you could get here are a pizza or a burger, it’s worth it.
