It’s so nice to have such great Korean food in West Seattle. Definitely recommend! Staff is always delightful and quick to get our order out. The tofu and dumpling soups are favorites!

Wow what a hidden gem of West Seattle. The portions are great; the pricing is the best you can ask for. Wow, the flavor is incredible. They have a rotating menu so there’s always something great to eat.

10/10 recommend

Went back the next day to try new things. I stand by everything previously mentioned

Fast service, tasty food, and decent prices. This spot is great for the area and clearly designed for takeout as the actual dining room was tiny. The food we tried was quite good, and I appreciated the larger than expected menu. Would come back if I was in the area.

Update update update: the management has changed and now they have less Korean focused food and they don’t have the soft tofu soup anymore. I thought it was one of the best things on the menu, but sad to see it go. If they bring it back, I’ll be back

Update update: it seems they routinely change the menu around since I ordered the same as I usually do but it seems they don’t give a little side dish of kimchi by default anymore. And the seafood tofu soup was much less spicy than it normally is, confirmed by my more spice-sensistive husband. So if you like it spicy, it may be good to request it spicier than default

Update: after their menu update they seem to have branched out to other foods to include things like sushi and teriyaki. I haven’t tried those yet but the kimchi is absolutely addictive. Don’t know what they put in it but I will always take an extra container home ❤️

Original: Food is good, the tofu soup is spicy but very good. The bibimbap’s tofu is crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside with a good variety of vegetables. Service was quick and very satisfied

I have been going here for about a year, lately I have been going less because the quality and the taste of my favorite tofu soup (vegi, spicy) has decreased and started to taste plain. However the other dishes are still very tasty and good. I would not recommend the tofu soup because I tried the mild and the spicy and honestly they both suck, super unfavorable. The spicy was just hot spicy water the mild was just water. Since the servers change so much it’s hard to get comfortable at the restaurant because the experience changes every time. As an example at times I get metal chopsticks while other time I get wooden. Sometimes I get water sometimes I don’t. So, overall I really like this place but I sadly have to let this go because it ain’t hitting the same spot anymore.

Small cozy restaurant with limited seating. Friendly staff, good food. The beef and spicy pork were both on the sweeter side, but the soft tofu soup was spicy and flavorful. With such slim pickings for Korean food on the West side, I would definitely come back here.

Edit again: I was excited to see that Miso had reopened with much of the same menu. I went back yesterday and had some good food but… the service was awful. When my wife called in the order, they said it would take 25 mins, but it wasn’t until an hour later that the food was finally ready. When I sat there for a half hour, no orders came out and they were running really behind while upset customers waited. There were no updates, no offers of refunds or add-ons, and no one left happy. While the food was still pretty good (even if some prices rose), I don’t think I’ll come back here again.

Had takeout from here and it was all delicious. My favorite was the spicy soft tofu soup (with pork) but everything from the bibimbap to the gyoza hit the spot. Fantastic Korean food and we plan to come back here many more times. I’m excited to try some of their other menu items as well and see if everything is just as scrumptious.

This place is delicious. We plan to come back and broaden our palette. Tonight we tried beef bulgogi, fried shrimp and chicken katsu. All three were just delicious. Only thing i missed was sauce for the katsu, but that is more out of habit, it honestly didnt need it. Either way, I am stuffed and cant wait to come back. They also have a few tables to sit at if you want to eat there.

Sorry for the long review but Miso Korean was THE BEST KOREAN I’VE EVER HAD!!! I’m from Los Angeles, and have been to Korea Town and the food just doesn’t compare. Very difficult to find good Korean food from Port Angeles to Tacoma. Found this tiny hole in the wall and it blew my mind!! One humble Korean Omma cooks all the food and the food just makes you happy! Try the Tofu Soup and Tteoppoki (ddupuki)!!! Spicy but so good! The gentleman who took our order was VERY attentive and even stopped his lunch to make sure we had everything we needed!

We got the veggie pancake, tofu bibimbap, and spicy fried chicken. All of them were delicious. I will definitely be back to try more. One thing I didn’t understand was none of our dishes came with the banchan (side dishes like kimchi). So if you’re really looking for your meal to come with side dishes, I would ask them which ones come with it.
