Finally got to go last night. We did not eat food but had amazing cocktails and service. The decor is unlike anything I have experienced. Blown away by the creativity. Such a fun place to take friends. Great vibe and atmosphere!

Miscellanea checks every box! Such a cool experience that is very needed in Oxford. The decor is eclectic and elegant but not overwhelming to the eye. The food was delicious and the drinks were made to perfection. Our server, Julie, was so sweet! She makes every guest feel like a friend and is so much fun to talk with! We will definitely be back!

Such a cool spot! Definitely worth checking out. They’re still new, so the service was a little bit all over the place, but honestly, they were super attentive and friendly—it just felt a little scattered. The app (adult lunchable) was awesome, and the chimichurri steak cooked medium-rare was on point. Drinks were solid too, and their wine selection was top-notch.
I wasn’t totally full, but I think that’s part of the vibe—more of a small plate experience. All in all, I’d 100% recommend it. Can’t wait to go back!

I don’t even know where to begin, our experience at Miscellanea Spirit House in Oxford, MS was truly unforgettable. I chose this restaurant as the place to propose to my girlfriend, and after informing the team in advance, they went above and beyond to make the night absolutely magical.
From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with care, warmth, and genuine excitement for us. Kate, the manager, was incredible, thoughtful, organized, and clearly invested in making sure the evening was perfect. Our waiter, Alan, provided outstanding service and made us feel completely at ease while still keeping the moment special and intimate.
A huge thank you as well to Marco and Destiny, who worked behind the scenes to help everything come together so beautifully. Every detail was intentional, seamless, and filled with heart.
Because of this amazing team, the proposal was everything I hoped for and more, something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. If you’re looking for a place that offers not just incredible drinks, food and atmosphere, but also truly exceptional people, Miscellanea Spirit House is it. We are so grateful.

My friends took me to Miscellanea for my birthday! Amazing food and atmosphere. Best atmosphere ever! It would take multiple trips to take in all of the amazing decor! The drinks were creative and perfect. I would give it all 5 stars, but our server rolled his eyes at us more than once. We were very polite and ordered lots of foods and drinks. Not sure why that was going on. We will probably try again with a different server hopefully!

We were disappointed with Miscellanea. We love speakeasys and were so interested in the elaborate design of the place, but once we were led to the back, all we saw were humongous tvs. The drinks were good, but not stellar, and the menu was so eclectic that it didn’t seem to have any thread connecting everything. There are definitely better places in Oxford.

Food was INCREDIBLE. Literally waited for the November reservations to open up so I could reserve a table for my birthday. The atmosphere is so cool and so different from other bars in town. I feel like I’m in the town eclectic’s home! The drinks weren’t bad. Not my favorite but that may be because of my specific tastes. I only tried 2 of their menu and probably just need to find the one that works for me.
Definitely excited to dress up and go back soon!
