If you’re thinking about sushi and ramen, this is the place. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was kind and generous, and the food was delicious! We got the Chirashi Sushi Combo and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Sashimi was tasty and buttery. The Ramen paired well with hot sake. And before you leave, try the dessert! The Mochi icecream was one of the best we’ve had. Enjoy!

We came to Misaki during the Saturday lunch hours and really appreciated the lunch specials—it’s a great value and an affordable way to try a variety of dishes.
Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the miso soup and salad to the main dishes. The sashimi was very fresh, and we also tried the eel and scallop nigiri, both of which were well above average and beautifully done.
On top of the great food, the service was warm and friendly, which made the entire dining experience even better. We truly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back!

THE best sushi in the 36 corridor!!! We come back time and time again and are always so happy. The fish is so fresh, the service is excellent; the staff takes such good care of you! All nigiri and hand rolls have been amazing. Seaweed salad is my favorite. Just a cozy place where it feels like family with the best sushi for miles!!!!

There’s a swimming pool near the restaurant where my baby goes for classes, so we stopped by after. Both menu items were tasty, but the Hokkaido roll with scallops was hands down the best. Two rolls, one appetizer, green tea, and tip came to around $50.

Went for my daughter’s birthday lunch. We had the green monster roll, poke bowl, beginner’s sushi combo, and a chirashi bowl. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend if you like sushi!

LOVE this place! The sushi is always fresh and delicious. The nigiri presentation is on point. Their rolls are fantastic. My favorite is Snow on the Mountain and Misaki Roll. Both offer a delicious and unique flavor. Lia, staff, and chefs are always so friendly and attentive. It’s so good!!!

Omg the sushi here is incredible. I had the superior roll and it was amazing as I am a huge fan of mango. It had incredible flavor. I also got the misaki roll as a recommendation from my waitress and it did not disappoint at all. They have fresh wasabi which is hard to get at most sushi places (if you know you know). Then the sushi chef gave me a taste of something incredible he was working on and now I need the name of whatever that was pronto. Great service. Incredible food. Highly recommend.

My family’s favorite sushi restaurant in Colorado bar none. Best fish, creative rolls that aren’t overdone or designed to hide the flavor of bad fish, and flavorful kitchen dishes. The ramen is my favorite in the Boulder area and I’ve tried them all. The people are so lovely. By our 3rd or 4th visit they remembered us and our favorite dishes and now they treat us as treasured regulars. It’s so lovely to be appreciated and cared for and thanked with occasional tasty bites for the table. There is rarely a wait and the location is convenient with easy parking. They also do an awesome job packaging takeout so the cold is cold and the hot is hot and nothing spills.
