Ordered the Crazy roll and the Philadelphia roll. Sushi was meh. Crazy roll taste and texture felt as if it was readymade and refrigerated, i.e had consistency of a mush burrito. Philadelphia roll was good but quite bland. None felt fresh. Had better sushi at other restaurants. However service was decent since I got dinner quickly. May give it another shot next time.

The food is great but the times I’ve been the wait staff always were slow to ask me for a drink. It should not take more than 5 minutes to be asked if I want any water or something else to drink. What drew the line for me today was, I sat down with my wife and proceeded to wait about 5 to 7 minutes.Then another couple walks in and is immediately waited on. On top of that, it was not during any lunch or dinner rush. I hope in the future the wait staff is more professional and has more urgency in their step.

My brothers took me to this restaurant because they know I absolutely love sushi. The place was pretty full but typically there’s a line out the door so I was told. Now the presentation is on point, the sushi is fresh and delicious but I wasn’t impressed with either the service or the variety or lack of rather of sushi selection. Now mind you I’m not saying it wasn’t good but not many choices available compared to all the other sushi places I’ve gone to. The one person that did go out of their way to service us even though she was not our server was excellent and I spologize as I didn’t get her name.

This was the worst dining experience I have had in years. It was a Saturday and the place was crowded but no one told us they were slammed when we arrived. We ordered food and about 45 minutes later the cucumber salad arrived. The water glasses sat empty. I asked the waiter what the problem was, and was told that they were slammed with a big party and 8 Uber eats orders…as I told him, that is not my problem. I took over an hour for the food to arrive in dribbles and I would say we did not have the food on the table for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Our lunch dining experience was excellent, starting with the friendly way we were greeted. Our server was super attentive & she gave great tips on what to order. The food was so tasty with plentiful portions. We’ll definitely be back & highly recommend Mikasa Sushi
