Mirra just opened for brunch, and it was an interesting experience, though they still need to do a better job bringing the menu together. The shrimp tacos were very, very good and something I strongly recommend. The tres leches cake with mango was also good, but maybe a little over the top.

The chilaquiles were very soft, and I think this was the weakest part of the meal. They came really soggy, a little too over seasoned, and could have used less sauce. I would maybe avoid them. The enfrijoladas were quite soggy as well. I wish the tortillas had a little more texture behind them.

Very good presentation and very good treatment from the staff, but overall I feel like the flavors could have been better. I will not be going back. For a brunch experience, worth checking out maybe once.

Vibrant, thoughtful, and delicious! My mom and I had such a fun time eating at Mirra. We had never tried Mexican-Indian food before, and now we can’t wait to try the rest of the menu! All the dishes were creative, with well-balanced flavors, textures, and fresh ingredients. We enjoyed both vegetarian and meat/fish dishes, and the wine, mocktails, and desserts were wonderful as well. Our favorites were the squash, sopecitos, and the natilla. Our server, Eddie, was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable; he went out of his way to introduce us to one of the chefs/owners, Rishi, who was such a pleasure to talk to and learn from about the restaurant. One of the most memorable and exciting meals we’ve had in a while! We hope to come back very soon.

SHERRY and her team do an excellent job ensuring every detail is taken care of. The service is impeccable, and the team under her leadership moves with true harmony and ease.
CARNE APACHE was my favorite of the night -bold, and incredibly addicting, with just enough heat to keep you coming back for another bite.
CHARRED CAULIFLOWER SALAD is hands-down the best cauliflower salad I’ve ever had. The layers of texture make every bite interesting, from smoky char to crisp and creamy elements.
LAMB BARBACOA BIRYANI is beautifully presented — rich, aromatic, and deeply comforting, with flavors that unfold as you eat.
TRES LECHES is a must-order. The mango pairing is spot on. I didn’t think I could eat another bite, but somehow the plate was completely clean.

I met some friends here for brunch and was blown away by the menu and different flavors. The coffee had an orange flavor that was a delicious treat.

I also got the Huevos Rancheros Lababdar which is presented similar to a shakshuka dish. Sooo good and had a spicy kick. The table also shared an order of the french toast – it was easily shareable with more unexpected and delicious flavors.

Our server was super friendly, on point, and took great care of us. Highly recommend, would love to go back!

We have been wanting to go to Mirra for a long time. I am Indian and my girlfriend is Latina, so the combination of both cuisines sound very exciting for both of us. I really wanted to highlight the service during this visit as we were treated very well by Pablo and our server, Francisco. We also loved the explanations behind the dishes, the recommendations on how to eat the food, and the preparation, story and inspiration behind everything we ate – that interaction part of the dinner was a great experience and made it unique. Sadly, we didn’t have the chance to try a lot of the menu items this time, but everything we did order was perfect. We’re definitely coming back… the biryani and Tacos Arabes are a must have!!

Finally made it here and wow were we impressed. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We had the aguachile, prawn chaat, and lamb biryani and each were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We had the tres leches for dessert and that too was outstanding. The service was attentive and helpful. We can’t wait to go back and try more food here.

Update! We went here for brunch and holy smokes it was just as good if not better than the dinner.

The food was pretty good, and the biryani was presented beautifully! I thought the Mexican fusion was interesting and overall good, but overall couldn’t help but think I’d have enjoyed this further if it was just Indian flavored. Also felt we were being rushed a bit on the last bite of the dishes – didn’t mind it at first but felt like it seemed like they were ready for us to go

Overall, outstanding food and drinks and would go back again and again.
The aguachile, tacos arabe, and whole fish (red snapper) were the highlights, but everything was good. The aguachile had the perfect amount of heat and the buttermilk sauce (?) paired well perfectly with it. The only knock on the tacos arabe is that I wanted more of them as that was probably the best bite of the meal. The cauliflower was also outstanding and I want them to do the crispy taco with something besides scallops as I prefer other raw seafood over scallops.
We will be going back with a group so we can get the biryani as we saw quite a few of these being ordered and it looked great.

Unique Mexican Indian fusion! There were some risky dishes but every dish was presented well and the menu was small but everything looked so good it was hard to choose.

I liked the mushroom quesadilla a lot, it was extremely flavorful. I think next time I come I’d order more of the small plates so we can try more dishes.

Not a huge fan of the prawn chaat, it was messy to eat and it kinda took away from it being chaat.

The tandoori hen was pretty flavorful but the sauces were carrying the seasoning on the chicken. I would have liked it to be more red and the skin to be more flavorful.

The lamb biryani was quite good, there was a lot of lamb. I did expect the rice to be a bit more seasoned.

In fact that seems to be a pattern with this place – needed a bit more seasoning to be more Indian, and some of the dishes lost the original essence of the Indian dish it took inspiration from.

Delicious with interesting twists on fairly common foods. For small plates, the roasted beets, scallops and aguachile were all well-plated and full of flavor and fantastic sauces. Even the mezze was impressive its presentation – an assorted house-made, gorgeous fan of crackers – and collection of salsas & guac. For mains, the octopus did not disappoint. Its texture was a bit unexpected – denser or a bit more substantial than usual? – but not unwelcome and it worked so well on top of the creamy coconut rice, which was fabulous itself.

Our server, Emma, was attentive and knowledgeable with excellent suggestions, and I wish they offered bottomless guava margaritas because those were perfection. Overall, definitely worth a visit!
