I highly recommend this place for a buffet outing with friends. We were also really satisfied with the service; the staff was kind, friendly, and very nice to customers. Will be back
Let me explain:
– All the dosa’s we ordered were served cold
– The sambhar was literally water, why would you ever serve this
– The podi dosa has no flavour, podi is supposed to be flavourful and spicy. This was neither.
– The kachori chaat had no kachori, it was all just chickpeas with some chutney.
– Asked for dosa masala on side, they said they can’t do that. Why not? Then finally they gave in.
– Asked for onions in the dosa, they said they didn’t have onions. But they added onions to our chaat? Made no sense.
– Masala in dosa was also cold and flavourless.
Overall, cold and flavourless food. Disgrace to the South Indian community.
The staff was warm, attentive, and happy to explain dishes or make recommendations, which made the experience even better. The ambiance was clean, comfortable, and welcoming—perfect for both casual dining and special occasions.
Overall, this is an excellent spot for authentic Indian food, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone craving quality Indian cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Friendly and helpful staff, relaxed and happy environment, and fast service.
Highly recommended!
Butter Chicken (1/10): this didn’t taste like anything besides butter. There was so much butter that the intensity of it was burning into my tongue. I really can’t have more than a few bites of this. The chicken was so dry, too. Rice was below average.
Nizami Chicken Dum Biryani (1/10): I thought the butter chicken was dry, but this chicken tasted like it came out of a desiccator in the center of the sun. Holy moly this chicken was almost inedible. The rice was pretty bad, lacking in flavor. The sauces were fine, but also unnecessary. They really didn’t pair that well with the biryani.
Worst butter chicken AND worst biryani I’ve had in my life. I hit the jackpot today. At least the portion sizes are big. Prices are reasonable (if the food were actually edible).
I got this recommendation from the r/Boston subreddit. I’ve now learned my lesson.
