I had a really great experience at Mirchi Joint. The food was absolutely delicious- full of flavor, fresh, and cooked just right. You can tell they put care into every dish. The restaurant itself was very clean and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. On top of that, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overwhelming. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Indian and Pakistani food.

It was our first time visiting Mirchi Joint in Oklahoma City, about 10 minutes from downtown. The restaurant offers a generous variety of dishes and has plenty of parking. The service overall was ok, but the biggest issue was the wait time it took nearly 70 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering, which felt too long, especially for us coming from the Dallas Fort Worth area where service is around 20 min.
As for the food:Chicken Karahi and Dal Tadka were both very good.Goat Karahi was just okay.From the mixed platter, the Chicken Tikka and Chicken Kebabs stood out, but the Beef Kebabs were a disappointment (2/5).
Overall, considering it’s in Oklahoma City, Mirchi Joint is a decent Desi restaurant with good flavors and a nice setup. Coming from DallasFort Worth, we might be a bit biased since we used to a higher standard of Desi food, but for Oklahoma, its definitely worth a visit and earns a 4 out of 5.

So amazing!! The butter chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had. And the chicken kebabs were so good. Everything was amazing.
The service was amazing too, one of the lovely ladies there gave us a tour of every bit of the food they had and she was so sweet, everyone was so welcoming and nice. We will definitely be back!

I visited the restaurant at the end of the week and they had a buffet: many dishes, masala, biryani, chicken 65, kebabs, and countless other options. The taste was absolutely amazing, I can’t even describe it. Their service was also excellent and fast, and the restaurant was very clean.

Terrible experience!!! We ordered couple appetizers and tandoori chicken and mutton karahi. The appetizers (dahi bhallay) it had spoiled yogurt taste and just didn’t smell right so we returned it. Then came mutton karahi which had piece of unknown label. My wife freaked out upon seeing that because it was a strange label which absolutely should not be in food. We called the manager to show him that and he casually said it’s just a cilantro label. We asked him to check with the kitchen, he brought out from plastic label which absolutely didn’t match the label in the plate.We are definitely never going there again, beside the food tasting awful and unhygienic their food is health hazard!!!

As a Black family, I’ll be honest, I wasn’t familiar with Indian & Pakistani food, so I automatically said no when my husband suggested we try it. He convinced me anyway, and I’m so glad he did!
The food was different from what we’re used to, but very, very good …full of flavor with a great variety of options. The service was amazing, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Definitely stepping outside my comfort zone paid off. We’ll be back!

This place is incredible! We’ve been three times now, and I fully intend to go back as often as I can convince Wife to go.
They have a pretty great buffet (current hours Sat/Sun from 11-4). Items come out regularly and are very fresh.
My favorite things have to be either the kebabs, of which they have a couple of different types, or maybe one of their chicken dishes. The couple of times that we’ve done buffet, they’ve had paneer tikka masala on, which I’m a big fan of. A lot of times, you can’t really get tikka masala without meat on a buffet. I don’t know a lot about the dish, but the beef nahari was also incredible.
They’re rice dishes are especially good, they are not even slightly dried out on the buffet. I think it’s because they use those dome covers, and really seem to care about the quality of the food they serve.
We have ordered off menu once, and it was incredible. Admittedly, I think I’m more of a buffet person because I like the variety.

Oh my goodness! I ordered the chicken tikka marsala. This was everything I wanted to try, but did not know how to describe. I think this would be suitable to most all pallets and you can order it spicy if you like. I ordered it spicy and then Asked For a little more crushed pepper to put on it. The rice is indescribable. So I’m taking a photo for one. But then the rice has its own flavor that I could just eat by itself. The texture of everything Is perfect. I do like a little bit of fat too accentuate the flavor and this dish has that. I am going to be back. This will satisfy a new craving. This was a lunch special at this time for $9.99
