Got the spicy chicken curry and was a good portion size except could use a little more rice. Also had samosas that were good but not enough dip. My date had an okra dish and cleaned his plate. Drinks were tasty

My wife and I celebrated Valentine’s Day there for dinner and we now have a new spot in Franklin for Indian food. The atmosphere is laid back but modern. The food was absolutely amazing. No place is perfect but this place has way more positives than negatives. We will absolutely be back. I had the chicken tandoori and would definitely recommend it. My wife had the chicken tikka masala and it was rich and extremely flavorful. Garlic naan is the way to good also.

Our late lunch was lovey. Sai, our verypolite server, was very attentive and kind. The butter chicken and chana masala were a delight. Refreshing water too. Although the naan was somewhat thin, the garlic butter flavor made it so tasty. We will definitely be back soon!

Excellent Indian Cuisine!
Mirchi Indian Cuisine offers truly delicious and authentic Indian food. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. Everything tasted fresh and full of aroma.
Great service, friendly staff, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Not a great first experience overall.
The hostess was rude and refused to let us switch tables away from the door, where cold outdoor air kept blowing directly onto us—despite there being plenty of open tables throughout the night. Interestingly, another couple without a reservation was seated near the window shortly after.
We ordered regular naan but were served a spicy version instead. When we pointed it out, staff acknowledged the order had been mixed up. That’s concerning, especially for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. No one refilled our water, even after the mistake, which would have helped cool our palates.
The butter chicken was unusually sweet—very different from what I’ve experienced at other Indian restaurants locally and abroad. Unfortunately, the only highlight of the evening was the Rupee beer.
To add to the atmosphere, kids were running around freely on a Saturday night, and random music was playing in the background. It didn’t feel like an authentic or welcoming Indian dining experience.

DELICIOUS!!!! Lots of options and great portion size. The restaurant was very large and clean. Amazing, friendly, and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!

Always a nice dining experience: friendly staff, good food, nice atmosphere. For our last visit, we had a vegetarian feast: gobi manchurian, butter masala paneer, saag aloo, and samosas. Each was tasty. The only negative was that the tamarind sauce was very thin. We wish they would bring back their amazing buffet…it had such a great variety.

Excellent! We wanted to do something different for Christmas this year so we decided to celebrate here. We were not disappointed in anything! The food was excellent! Delicious and all had a nice pop of spice. They also have a ton of vegan options too! Ahead of coming, we asked about vegan and they were so helpful in identifying all the many options. For Christmas they had live music which was really nice. Inside decor is really nice. We all agreed this was a great choice!

This restaurant is so clean and nice. We had such a wonderful date night here. Our waitress was awesome with the suggestions. I’m so so impressed by this place will be back again. Don’t sleep on the dine in the full bar is awesome (terrific porn star martini!)

I am so full now! My husband and I came for a relaxed Sunday lunch, and we are both very happy with our lunch. The food was fresh, hot and very good. The view was nice of the street and the chairs were VERY comfy inside and the color scheme was very good, they did a great job decorating. My husband has already been here twice, and we will come back again.
