What a beautiful and place with really cool and fancy vibes! Cool mood lighting with candlelight.
Delicious cocktails! I had a seasonal cocktail with fig puree and bourbon and it was very nice! For small plates we had the Roasted Brussel Sprouts (crunchy and well-seasoned) and Crab & Spinach Dip with Pita Points (nice big chunks of crab and even the Pita Points were great!).
For the meal we had the Burger Week burger (a limited edition) and the Lobster and Crab Cavatappi, which was amazing! Everything came out hot and fresh and was delicious.
The service was excellent as well. The hostess greeted us with a smile, the server was charming, pleasant, and attentive, and even the expo had warm and positive energy.
Everything about this restaurant was a pleasant experience! Would be great for a fancy celebratory dinner or romantic date night. It would even be fun for cocktails and small plates. The menu on the website was up to date with what we found in the restaurant.
We will definitely be returning!

This was my first time going and I am so happy I did! The ambience was classy and welcoming. The bartenders and wait staff were very nice. The oysters were excellent! I will be back! Would definitely recommend, 10 outta 10!

Today was my first time at Miramar Raw Bar and Tapas, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! Rachel, the mixologist, was amazing—she took the time to ask about my drink preferences and crafted the perfect cocktail just for me. We ended up naming it the Miramar Orange Creamsicle! She even garnished it with a heart-shaped orange peel, which brightened my day.
Our server, Zach, also did an outstanding job taking care of my dinner party. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back!

My birthday dinner because she knows my love for oysters. I must say that the staff were quick! Didn’t have to wait at all with our reservation. Restaurant was super clean and the ambiance was nice and romantic. The food was absolutely phenomenal and our server was the right amount of attentive! We tried all of the baked oysters and the garlic Parmesan will be my go to! Simple and delicious! Also the tuna tapas was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our only complaint is that the expresso martini needs some work! 10/10 would recommend! Pictures of what we had below!

Service is good.
Food prices are twice what they should be for portion sizes of what you get. I know it’s a tapas bar, but honestly for what we paid which was over $50 a person when two people had only water, and only 1 glass of wine ordered, it was just way too expensive.
While the food itself tasted good, the food was delivered, as it was made, not all at once. So half the table was eating while the other half waited for their food.
Way too pricey. Will not be going back unfortunately.

I could not decide which was better, our service or the food. By far the best dining experience that I have ever had here in Macon. Delaney was our waitress and was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, provided awesome recommendations and left thinking we had known her our whole lives! Only the 2nd review that I have ever done in my life. 11 out of 10.

A group of my friends and I try a different restaurant each month . On November 14, 2025, we had the absolute pleasure of dining at this restaurant! EVERYTHING was AWESOME…the food was amazing, the service and ambience was next level, and the young man who took care of us was next level, Darien! I have never had that level of service in the Central GA area…give Darien and the hiring manager a raise!
This is now one of our favorites and will be dining there in a few days…can hardly wait!

First, let’s start with Dyan, our server, who was so attentive and super aware of my sister’s dairy allergy she would double-check with kitchen about was food and sauces were ok for her to eat.
Then, the food. I recommend everything. Six in our party with apps, entrees, tapas… you name it. It was all amazing delicious. Seriously, NOTHING was bad or even mid. Even the mashed potatoes were fantastic.
And, no, I’m not exaggerating. No one had a single poor remark for anything that was ordered.
Atmosphere was great. Busy but not crowded, comfortable and had a great time hanging out for 2 hours. Easy to hold conversations and very pleasant.
I try not to give out 10/10 because I think there’s always room for improvement. Well, Miramar needs none. It’s seriously perfect.
Go try it, let me know if I’m wrong.
