I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, paid and went to use the bathroom. While in the bathroom I noticed something crawling around and it was a cockroach. A cockroach in a deli bathroom is a serious health, safety, and sanitation concern that often indicates a larger, hidden infestation. Because bathrooms offer moisture and warmth, they are prime locations for pests to live and breed, with one sighting often suggesting dozens or hundreds more nearby. I was not able to eat the sandwich for the fact that cockroaches carry bacteria (salmonella, staphylococcus, streptococcus) and pathogens that can cause serious health issues. Told the owner about the cockroach and asked for a refund, her response was “there isn’t a roach in the bathroom” I told her to please don’t say that, there is, I recorded it, her eyes lit up, she remained silent and refunded me.

Order a turkey club to go. Asked for no tomatoes and of course got tomatoes. But the bread was NOT toasted. Who makes a club sandwich without toasting the bread? Also gave me coleslaw…no fork. Do better.

Really awesome bagel shop. Bagels were pretty amazing.
I had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a salt bagel and it was awesome!! My wife loved her bagel with cream cheese.
Coffee was decent. Service was friendly and reasonably quick. It’s not super nice inside but there is seating and it was clean.
I’m not from the area, but if I was – I’d definitely be a frequent customer.

I stopped because I was going to shop in the plaza and wanted to try a new place.I ordered the hash and eggs with a bagel.the presentation was amazing but when I took a bite it tasted odd , I then took the eggs off the hash and noticed it was a weird color(grey) & smelled off.I only ate 2 bites then was ready to go! While handing my plate in ,I was asked “ was it not good?”…..I told the manager it wasn’t good that it tasted off! and was told “oh we don’t make it , it comes from a vendor”, no refund or nothing , no sorry either , no ok let me check it.TMI after I left not even 5 min later I was on the toilet and sick all day!!!!! Never again! I hope code sees this!!!!

Ordered a bacon egg and swiss which i was charged $5.85 for a bacon egg and cheese and $1.20 because i asked for swiss instead of what i would presume would be american cheese. Thats quite a fee to change the cheese. Sandwich was also skimpy for the price of nearly $8. Would not visit again.

The food was disgusting and over priced. Got food that was grey and stunk. Ill definitely take this further. Worker was informed and the one bite taken out of food just laughed it off. Never again dont risk your health or your wallet.

Gotta say it’s bang for buck, they use coffee ice cubes for their iced coffee which is genius, not only that the food is super good. Extremely friendly staff and owners. Been coming here for 3 years and will continue. In NYC a bagel sandwich and coffee would cost about 15 bucks so the fact I can get both for under 10 bucks is truly a Miracle. Keep doing a great job!

I did not expect a bagel shop to have one of the best Chicken Souvlaki that I have ever tasted!
I asked for extra tzatziki sauce, so don’t let the white mixture of fresh cucumber and dill fool you. (It’s how I like it.)
The chicken was perfectly seasoned, the pita was soft and you can’t see it from the picture but I could barely hold it in one hand.
Sizeable portion, delicious, and very reasonably priced for home-cooked food.
The owner and his wife are very friendly. I can’t wait to go back to the area to have another!
