The food was good! I had the Volcano Roll and the Avocado Crab appetizer — both were delicious and fresh. The only issue was how HOT it was inside. There’s no air conditioning, and I was literally sweating while eating. It made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. They definitely need to get an air conditioner because the heat was crazy!

This place was great! We went in with a party of 15 which we knew was no easy task to take on but Vanna greeted me so kindly when I first went in to ask questions about the menu and was so amazing throughout the whole thing, she was so kind and so attentive to us and made us feel well taken care of, everyone there was awesome, I’ll deff be talking about this place and experience for a while and can’t wait to come back, Great Great Place Thank you guys for an awesome experience from start to finish ❤️

Christmas 2025! What a magical time! How many restaurants do you know where Santa himself takes atime to deliver you candy and food. And what a wonderful food that was… freshly prepared sushi, yummmmy… my favorite were mango tango role and Godizila fried salmon rolls…. sooo goood. Chinatown Chicago, Christmas 2025!.

This place was probably by far the worst service I have ever experienced. After arriving and being greeted by a “Please Wait to Be Seated”sign, none of the workers acknowledged us for about 5 minutes. There wasn’t a dedicated host or workers assigned to specific tables.
There is a 2 hour time limit but be prepared to get everything on your order submitted the first time and have no plans afterwards. I was there for over 2 hours because the food came out incredibly slow, the order was made wrong, and they forgot to bring out a few of the dishes. After reminding them, I was told they would check on the order and no one followed up or gave an update until they came back to see if I was ready to get the check. It seems they need to have a better system in place or better trained workers because whatever they are currently doing isn’t working well.
The only reason it wasn’t a 1/5 stars was because there was a good variety of food selections on the all you can eat menu compared to other sushi places. The fish to rice ratio was way too much rice and not enough fish. If you value your time and money, spend your $33 for all you can eat sushi elsewhere.

I confess I was a little nervous about this place because I saw some really negative reviews about it but it was an awesome experience.
Me and my friend went there for a early dinner, and everything was great from the sushi to the service.
The appetizers and fried foods were good and hot, and the sushi for the price and variety (including sashimi) was really creative and fresh. I would recommend you try it!

I have been visiting this restaurant for quite some time because I truly enjoy the food and have previously received great service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on Saturday, January 31, was very disappointing.
Upon arrival, the first staff member who greeted us appeared to be in a bad mood. He directed us to sit by the window, but when we politely asked to move to another table because it was extremely cold, he responded in an unfriendly tone, stating that it would be the same anywhere since there was no heater in the restaurant. Despite this uncomfortable interaction, we chose to ignore it and continued with our visit.
Our party consisted of three adults and one child. The adults requested the “all-you-can-eat” option, and we ordered only French fries for the child — something we had done on three previous visits without any issues. However, the waiter informed us that this was against their policy. When we explained that we had been allowed to do this multiple times before, the response we received was again delivered with a negative attitude and poor customer service.
Due to the overall experience and the way we were treated, we decided to leave the restaurant. It was very disappointing, especially since we had enjoyed coming here in the past. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this establishment — particularly during the winter season, as there was no heating and the environment was extremely uncomfortable.

Mira offers a very large array of soup salads appetizers and rolls, and everything is quite delicious and respectfully portioned, aside from the largest house salad I’ve ever seen in my life
The rolls were DELICIOUS, quality, and packed with flavor. The apps were very unique and unlike anything I’ve seen at other restaurants. Highly recommend the salmon and crab wraps.
Rice ratio is good. service is quick, but chilled, atmosphere is basic, but fine, and over all thoroughly enjoyed my meal and night out with a friend.
