The food was amazing. It tasted great and looked beautiful. Also, the server was very attentive and nice. They also had a whole section on their menu devoted to vegetarian sushi, which I loved. Finally, I would come back just for the tempura ice cream.

Amazing food! Very good portions and flavorful. It’s a hidden gem! The blonde server who was training was super kind and amazing. My husband and I had a great time. Thank you

Loved it! Open late and we actually ate by ourselves almost the whole time.
Overall though Great layout, not too tight with all the tables
Quality of all the food and sushi was perfect.
Great nigiri options that most sushi restaurants dont carry.
Plenty of drink options especially Sake.
Cant wait to work in the area again to stop by.

This place is humming!!

Went in for dinner on Saturday and it was busy! But I know why, this place is good!! The service was fantastic and the sushi was fresh. The cucumbers in the seaweed salad were so crisp! Highly recommend the spicy white tuna roll, but honestly it was all good!!

Tip for a busy night: order some appetizers trust me. The sushi doesn’t take forever but there are 4 chefs handling the takeout orders and dine in orders so it’s nice to munch on a little something while your food is being prepped.

Went here for the first time a few weeks ago and got the eel rolls I believe and the eel was a bit sharp? Maybe not the right word but not as tender on the edges as other places. It was still good though. They charged an extra $1 for spicy mayo and they didn’t even mix it. I found that odd.

I used to love this place. My first visit was over 20 years ago and I’ve been there many times since.

This last visit will be my very last. The service was great. The food was terrible. One roll tasted very fishy and the others were just a little fishy. We went there to celebrate and we all ended up getting very sick.

Now, we went there on a Monday, so everything was probably brought in on a Thursday for the weekend. Obviously it had gone bad by Monday but was still served.

Superb from start to finish. Service, food, ambience were outstanding. Tony, the maitre d is as good as they come. Intuitive, empathic, and responsive to what diners need. The sushi chefs, the grandma in the back kitchen, Tony –Mio Sushi was divine experience.

This was the restaurant recommendation from local people here. I found my love (spicy edamame and seaweed salad) there. And also ordered hot house tea, spicy chicken (stirred fried chicken with some onions, green and red pepper with steamed veggies). The spicy edamame was really spicy but very tasty. Spicy chicken is pretty good, but veggie was a little salty. So did miso soup. But everyone has different flavors, honestly, this restaurant was very good and I liked it. I would come back to try some sushi if I had a chance.

Quality is always good but still in a more reasonable price range where you mostly find conveyor belt options, and I’ve had enough bad experiences at those that I don’t even bother anymore without a trusted recommendation. Service is consistently better than their more expensive competitors nearby. Has become our go-to for sushi regularly.

If you are looking for a solid happy hour, this a great place! The workers greet you the moment you walk in the door and thank you on your way out. The service was top notch 🙂
The sushi and sake was mmm good!
We ordered the Bloody Vampire, Mt. Rainier & Mt. St. Helen and all were delicious. The Bloody Vampire was our favorite.
