I’ve lived in Sand Springs for 5 years and never tried this place until tonight. I love a Canadian bacon pizza, so I decided to try the 10” Hawaiian. Ordered online to take home after work. I really want to like this place as it is a local establishment, but nothing was memorable, at least not in a good way.
6 slices of ultra-thin cracker crust, sweet and oregano heavy sauce, sparse cheese, and an average amount of pineapple, bacon, and Canadian bacon. I wish the Canadian bacon was cut into smaller pieces as I took my first bite and couldn’t get it to cut, so all the toppings came off together.
Walking into the restaurant I received a friendly greeting from a waiter and the cashier. The space has lots of seating for big groups, but I don’t know how anyone can read the menu as hardly any lights are on the dining area. I’m thankful I took my food home.
It was just me eating, so I ate half of it on the way home (10 minute drive). Glad I did, as the other half was stone cold by the time I got to my dining table and it’s about 80 degrees today. I assume it’s because the crust is so thin.
Nothing amazing about the experience, though it filled me up. The online ordering was easy through Toast and they got my order correct. Probably won’t return because of the pricing though. It’s about $17 for this pizza (including tax and it’s difficult to turn off the tip for online ordering). Lots of local folks must like it, as they have been around 55 years. It’s just not my cup of tea.

Went in store and paid $55 for two medium one topping pizzas. The default pizza crust is thin crust, and it is an additional $5 to make it hand tossed, so if I wanted two medium hand tossed pizzas with one topping each, it’d have been $65. The pizzas were good, but not worthy of the high price point. The cost is simply too high. You can get similar pizzas from nearby for significantly less. My family will not come back until the prices are adjusted to be more competitive, because right now minuteman is way overpriced.

They were very friendly and welcoming. Our pizza was fresh and hot, but incorrect. The pizza sauce had some zest, but had sparse toppings on it. This is a basic pizza place and a little pricey. And, there aren’t any items like appetizers or wings.

Our weekly goto. We get the ham and cheese sandwich and a small sausage pizza to split. Always tasty and consistent. Been going to Minuteman for over 40 years. (I’m pretty sure over 40 years)

I ordered online. One of the pizzas was wrong. They asked me to come up there. I assumed it was to correct their mistake but they wanted to try to show me my mistake. They asked if I would wait for another pizza but I had to go back to work. I will not be eating there again. The pepperoni was $20+ dollars. There was $13 pepperonis on it ..

Traditionally I prefer a thick crust, so I was surprised that I really liked the thin crust here! There was one gentleman making the pizzas (I think it’s the owner?) and the menu warns you’ll be waiting for your food while it’s made to order. The toppings were plentiful, I felt it was the same amount we’d get from everywhere else. The mixed cheese blend hits perfectly and the crunch on the pizza is so satisfying!
The waitress was very friendly and accommodated my pickiness easy enough. We will be repeat customers!

We had a great time there but we were there for 2 birthday parties. Food was good but waitress seemed very put out with everything and never came back to refill our drinks. One of us had to get up and go ask for refills if water.
