I went to minute man for the first time today and I thought the food was great. I ordered through the app and I picked it up in the drive thru. I wanted to try several things. I got the mac and cheese and it was rich and creamy and delicious, and the blueberry radar pie with icecream was a blueberry pie blizzard and it was great as well. The burger was good along with the onion rings.

Minute Man was possibly the first cheeseburger I had when I was a kid. I have very many fond memories of going there with my dad when I was growing up. The old downtown location on Broadway and also the one on Roosevelt were always a treat while out running errands with him. The North Hills location was the closest to home and was the one we probably ate at the most. I was so excited when I learned that after all these years later, that Minute Man was finally being revived. I followed the progress on Instagram when the construction started in Jacksonville and when they opened their doors… they did not disappoint. Everytime I drive down 67 and see the iconic Minute Man sign, it puts a smile on my face. Obviously, they are known for their burgers, but I’ve got to tell ya, I recently ordered a beef burrito, chicken taquitos and their Arkansas style cheese dip and it was phenomenal! Now when I go back, I don’t know whether to go with the classic burger that fills my childhood memories or to cross the border into Mexico. Either way, you can’t go wrong. Friendly staff, excellent service and great food. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, I will be back!

Love that Minute Man has relaunched in central Arkansas! They weren’t currently open for dine-in but do have a few tables outside. All staff that I saw in the drive-thru were fast and friendly. I especially thought that the fries and the ‘secret’ (not on the menu) radar pie shakes were wonderful! Thanks for bringing this bit of nostalgia back and following COVID safety precautions!

LOVE this place! I’d never eaten at Minute Man; my wife remembers it from her childhood. One of the best burgers! Not an overwhelming ‘charbroiled’ taste. They offer several types of cheeses! Great fountain drinks! Serving Coke products with good ice! Chili is good. And the shakes are awesome! Has quickly become a favorite!

I haven’t been in 21 years and was happy to see they were in Jacksonville now because I temporarily live with my brother in Cabot. I remember how I loved the hickory smoke burger on Broadway in downtown Little Rock and was definitely in the mood for one today. They burger was overdone and they got my order wrong. I am not able to walk too well and it was raining pretty hard, so I ordered ahead and went through the drive thru. They were prompt and got my order out a couple minutes after I got there (I was 4 minutes early). They lady at the window was nice and even gave me a free cookie.. now I see why. I clicked that I wanted no mustard and add a tomato to my Minute Man burger, but when I got the burger it was exactly opposite.
I ended up with a dry burger with mustard and no tomato (which I paid $0.50 extra for! I think they microwaved it because it wasn’t even warm when I bit into it. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back. Whataburger in Kingwood, TX is so much better! They even give you tomatoes with no additional charge, and they aren’t $9.00 either. Also, they charge $2.99 for this coleslaw (photo included). The worst burger experience I’ve ever had

Well today was my first visit and my last. I had higher expectations from post I’ve seen from the trailer at The Rail yard in the past and was totally disappointed. Ice machine was down, service was lacking, and for $22 for two cheeseburger combos I expected much more. Bland & tasteless. I’ve honestly had much better burgers from McDonald’s. It’s a shame Fuzzy’s had to close.

Grew up with Minute Man. Had lunch and it was better than I remember. The fries were just right and the veggies on my burger were fresh. The burger was cooked just right and tasty! I will definitely be a repeat visitor!!

I heard all good things about minute man . There is 4 of us and they all liked the food but my burger “the big M” tasted like one of my patties had been sitting for awhile & and reheated , and burnt. The picture i posted shows (burnt) . Yes I did eat it because I hate to waste food & I was very hungry

Great burgers, just like they cooked on an old camp grill. And don’t forget to order a Radar Pie! You won’t regret it

Minute Man is just slightly different from your other “chain” restaurants, I will point out their great Peach Mango Tea among the other flavored teas and water they have. Oh and I’ll add they have a large dessert / ice cream menu, all soft served however, nothing hand dipped here.
