Hands down incredible experience every time. Will definitely be going back several times. Thank you for another amazing dining experience.
Food wise, the miso soup was pretty good, you can tell they use a kombu stock and it was seasoned well.
The tapas/appetizers i chose were the garlic butter shrimp. I was surprised how small they were in terms of portions and the shrimp size for 16$ is kinda too much. Flavor is expected, nothing interesting but it was a little bland as well. You can find this flavor at a food truck that tastes better.
i forgot the name but we got this sushi with salmon and lemon and id say it wasnt that bad, i think it was too much ponzu on the bottom for my taste. But the fish was pretty fresh so thats a plus
I probably got something i shouldve known. i’ve had better deep fried rolls and this one is the bottom of my list. The sauce was too much and overwhelming. Tiny slivers of wagyu. I get it, it’s expensive but theres better steak sushis with the same price. other than that, its crispy. Overall, terrible balance of flavors here and the proportions are out of whack.
Full and detailed bar list with creative and unique drinks.
What a gem 🙂
We will be back soon!
Ube ice cream is so good and interesting. We also like to get one to go.
Highly recommend this place.
This time, we started with two cocktails: the Blue Sky and the Pink Man—both super refreshing and perfect for sipping in the sunshine. The Blue Sky even came with a sparkly rock candy pop. I didn’t really partake in it, but I did dip it in the drink for the glittery vibes—felt very Sirtter-worthy.
For food, we kicked things off with the baked mussels and noodle tuna—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The baked mussels were especially delicious, and when we asked for a few more crostini, our server happily brought them out without hesitation.
We continued with the Walu ceviche and some sashimi, which were both bright, fresh, and ideal for the warm weather. On our server’s recommendation, we also tried the galaxy lollipops—so glad we did! They were vibrant and super tasty.
Just when we thought we were done, we kept seeing adorable little martini glasses going by filled with something purple. Turns out it was UBE dessert, and we couldn’t resist. It was the perfect sweet ending to the meal—light, creamy, and totally crave-worthy.
The staff here is always friendly and attentive, and it’s clear they care about both the food and the guest experience. We’ll absolutely be back—especially for another round of cocktails and patio time.
