Excellent food & service. Pho soup was excellent! Beef & shrimp vermicelli was so good! We also had mint spring rolls & they were delicious with such a wonderful peanut sauce. Mango sticky rice was just so perfectly sweet enough & the mango was ripe to perfection. I had strawberry refresher drink & added my own vodka. It’s BYOB. My husband had Jasmine tea & the serving display was just beautiful! I would highly recommend this restaurant. Food was amazing, restaurant is so cozy & beautiful and it’s located in the heart of wonderful Pawtuxet Village in Cranston RI.

Not bad. Will definitely be back.
The Bo Kho (Viet beef stew) is just pho broth with a little bo kho seasoning. If you know bo kho, you would know.
Egg rolls are legit.
Banh Mi is legit.
Pho is legit.
Awesome that they use real chopsticks and not the wooden break-apart ones and the two-tone Christian Laboutin soup spoon

Service was decent and the staff were friendly. Most of the food was actually quite good, but the curry was the only dish that felt a bit off, the flavor and consistency just weren’t as strong as the others. One nice perk is that it’s BYOB, so you can bring your own drinks and make the meal more fun. Overall, a solid spot with room to tighten up the curry.

Had a yummy lunch that hit the spot today! Grabbed a chicken banh mi sandwich and lovely toasted tofu with dipping sauce while hubby indulged on on a delightful vermicelli bowl with pork and shrimp swimming in just enough fantastic fish sauce. The bone cold day called for a hot, steamy green tea delivered in a cozy setting.
What a wonderful addition to Pawtuxet Village! A fusion restaurant offering some great Asian favorites but adding some Vietnamese flavor is just great
Yummy!

I could not wait to try Mint & Maki, the new offering on the Riviera (Pawtuxet Village). I stopped in for a roll for lunch. I immediately noticed the low-lit, lovely atmosphere with delicate, artistic touches. I was excited to try the food. However – no sushi before 4pm. This really limited our choices with a menu consisting of apps, Thai and sushi. We decided on miso soup (which was served almost cold), and chicken seitan with coconut. Unfortunately the chicken was not cooked and was inedible. Surprisingly, the star of the show was the decaf tea. Although the flavor was ordinary, it was served in adorable pyramid tea bags (by Tea Fort) in super sweet tea cups. A very delightful element in an otherwise disappointing dining experience. Mint & Maki just opened and I hope they step up their game. If you go, parking is on street only. Not recommended at this time.

Everything is delicious! Fresh Roll was fresh and chewy. Pho had plenty of meat inside, and delicious. Noodle was cooked perfectly with great broth. The broth isn’t too sweet or overwhelmed with salt or MSG. This is probably the best pho I’ve had in this area.
