Great experience. Mint Indian Restaurant offers a lunch buffet with a wide variety of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers, along with a small salad bar and even some desserts. I decided to go off the buffet for dessert and enjoyed their Gulab Jamun, which was excellent. The service was very friendly, the restaurant has plenty of seating, is very well managed, clean, and offers a great value for the price. Highly recommend checking them out.

Don’t eat here!
This was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had in a long time. The vegetable curry consisted of a couple of pieces of carrot and potato, with frozen peas and beans mixed in it. The vegetables were obviously frozen. The”garlic naan bread” was pizza dough. It’s not like any naan I’ve ever seen before.
I felt stupid for eating there, as soon as they put the food down I should have walked out. I’ve never been so let down by the ratings on Google Maps. There is no way this place gets 4 or 5 stars. The long grain rice was the best part of the meal.
In my opinion… go somewhere else.

Wow! Delicious Indian food with both North and South Indian options.

I happened in by myself just a few minutes before closing, but they were very nice and seated me even though the kitchen was about to close.

The veggie samosas were amazing! Crispy outside, not the more common soft outside, with flavorful filling. And a huge portion. Two very large samosas that are more appropriate for two to split the appetizer portion.

Garlic nan was fabulous. Loads of butter and garlic.

Because it was late I got something quick which was chicken tiki masala. Excellent! Perfect rich creamy sauce with very tender pieces of chicken.

Staff was super friendly helpful and welcoming.

I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever back to Denver!

Seriously one of the best! Bhim and Dhana were above and beyond. I’ve traveled in India but had some requests and they were both very accommodating. I will be back. Had the chicken 65 XXspicy, palak paneer, keema Naan, garlic Naan, baigare baigan and everything was most excellent.

I reside in New Jersey, which is pretty much little India in the United States.

Mint Indian Restaurant and Lounge is a real gem in Denver. The food was absolutely fantastic—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly spiced without being overwhelming. The Garlic Naan, Cheese Naan, and Mint’s Special Naan were warm, fluffy, and full of flavor. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich and creamy with just the right balance of spices, while the Lamb Vindaloo had a great kick without losing its depth of flavor. The Chicken Biryani was fragrant, well-cooked, and generous in portion size.

The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. The staff made sure everything came out hot and well-prepared. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a nice balance between casual and elegant, making it a great spot for both a night out or a relaxed dinner.

Highly recommend trying their naan selections with any of the curries, and if you enjoy spice, the Lamb Vindaloo is a must. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in Denver!

Absolutely amazing! Probably the best Indian food I’ve had in Colorado.
We ordered the Chili Paneer, Chicken Shahi Korma, Chicken Rogan Josh, and Garlic Naan.
Everything was superbly delicious. The Chili Paneer and Shahi Korma were both my favorite. Will definitely visit again.

No taste in food , felt like made in hurry .
We tried Dal makhni, dal tadka, roti and nothing was up to the par.

Mint Indian Restaurant and Lounge – A Downtown Denver Delight with a Few Colorful Notes

Mint Indian Restaurant and Lounge, nestled in the heart of downtown Denver, offers a convenient and generally pleasing dining experience. The restaurant boasts a wide array of choices, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates. Notably, they also accommodate specific dietary needs, with vegan and gluten-free options available upon request.

While the spices and curry preparations were commendable, I did observe a somewhat heavy hand with food coloring, particularly in the Veg Chilli Momos and Paneer Butter Masala. The Paneer Biryani was decent; however, I felt that smaller paneer pieces would have integrated more harmoniously with the overall dish.

One of the standout aspects of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Sunny. His kindness and candor in offering dietary recommendations were greatly appreciated and truly enhanced the dining experience.

Mint’s downtown location makes it easily accessible for both business travelers and tourists staying in nearby hotels.

Overall, I would recommend giving Mint Indian Restaurant and Lounge a try. The positive and humble intent with which the dishes are prepared and served, coupled with the warm hospitality, make it a worthwhile experience, despite a few minor areas for improvement.
