BBQ Chicken Pizza was amazing as always! This time we also tried the Pesto Mediterranean, but we didn’t like it as much as the Harissa Mediterranean. We also ordered the Octofest Pizza, but it didn’t look like the picture and was missing some toppings, which was disappointing. Still, the pizzas were fresh and warm!

This is our first time trying this Minksys location and the service was honestly, pretty awful. First we were given the wrong food. They seemed very put out to remake our 2 orders of breadsticks and the toppings for our tostada pizza. After waiting for an additional 15 minutes to get the 2 orders of breadsticks, we headed home… Just find out they couldn’t even be bothered to put sauce in the boxes. Didn’t bother to go back again. We didn’t want to bother the staff and their personal plans they needed to prioritize.

Our soccer team recently visited Minsky’s Pizza-Overland Park and had an amazing experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. We ordered couple large pizza It was a Best pizza we have had in a while .. it was melty cheesy crispy yet foldable .. Sauce and cheese were perfectly balanced.. Sauce didn’t overpower the cheese ..

We had a great experience here for our large party! I called a couple of weeks ahead and the managers were excellent to work with and accommodated our large party of soccer team and families members, over 40 people. The manager, Shawn, helped me estimate what I needed for my group coming in from Texas. We had salads, pizzas and cookies. All were excellent and the server Gina was wonderful. They were even able to adapt quickly when I called and moved up our arrival time. I highly recommend this restaurant in Overland Park- Metcalf location for the food, service, and the ease of navigating dining for a large party coming from out of town.

My first visit to this place, we arrived early as the place is occupied at lunchtime. The food went well…we were four and asked about the food and we came to the conclusion of giving four stars. since the size of the large pizza was actually not that big.Not bad, I will come back to keep taste for more pizzas. .

The food was delicious. It’s pizza. Everyone likes it different but for me it was good. I got the 14” build your own. And some boneless wings (could have some more sauce on it)and fried mozzarella sticks. Everything through DoorDash so it was abit more. I had to call in to add marinating sauce wasn’t an option in the DoorDash app. They were accommodating and didn’t charge extra for it. Shout out for the understanding
