I’ve been to a couple locations and have tried numerous things on the menu now and can honestly say it’s a great little place with a good variety and friendly service. Feels very familiar and the locations all have the same through line and have exceptional service and are very customer oriented. Delicious food and a nice drink selection paired with prompt and courteous staff.

We absolutely love the pizza. We ordered pasta with meat sauce for our daughter and her order came out incorrect, but no problem they fixed it but while the made a new pasta our pizza must have sat out because it was a little cool. It was still tasty but not the fresh out of the oven yummy.

We had an excellent experience at this Minski’s! We normally have it delivered, but tonight we decided to dine in. Our server, Tyler, was great! The service was fast and our food was delicious. We loved the meatball appetizer and the calzone was so tasty! We will definitely be back.

A rediscovered KC treasure. It has been a long time since we’ve been to Minsky’s. It was as good as we remembered- maybe better because of so many new mini choices. My husband got the super combo ( can’t recall the exact name) – but so good! I got a mini margharita with pesto sauce. The fresh basil on it made it. Yum! The servers were young and learning their organization of meal service but were genuinely interested in doing well. Good job Minsky’s!

This is a great local spot in South Olathe. Pizza is always above and beyond delicious. I’d recommend checking their website for deals. This is our favorite splurge pizza in KC. We had the heart Prime Cut for Mother’s Day. If you like a full slice of bacon on your pizza, try the Prime Cut.

Lyndi was my server and she was amazing. I had my 13 month old grandson with me and requested a small glass of ice because he is teething and loves the cold ice. Not only did she bring me a cup of ice she took time to crush it because she has kids of her own and they loved ice. She was professional, friendly and kind. She engaged with every table she served along with my table. I overheard another customer tell her she was the best server they have ever had and they were so glad they came back. I found this to be true as well.

The gourmet pizza’s are delicious! We also tried the wings with sauce on the side and the ‘plain’ wings were huge, moist and flavorful, no sauce needed. Take away was a great experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in. The gentleman at the register was very nice and another nice gentleman held the door as I was leaving. Worth the price and a tip. Looking forward to going back. Thank you for great food and great customer service!

Minsky’s has always been one of our all time favorite local restaurants! Whether it’s after a sporting event or a simple family dinner it has always been one of our first choices. The wait staff is always super friendly and the food is always divine. Our recent server Lyndi (12/26/25) was amazing, as she was timely with our requests and our food. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Ate here for the first time. Was not to impressed. Had very little meat that we had ordered. Very expensive for the size we purchased and what we got. Overall taste was pretty bad. I feel that was $30 we totally wasted on a bad pizza. It was just not good and not worth it. We definitely will never go back or place an order. Lesson learned. No more Minsky’s ever again.

I eat here almost once a week with my son but will not be coming back after the last few times.
The Ai is terrible and there’s a 90% chance it will screw up your order.
They will not make it right.
All the good staff has left and have been replaced with people who don’t seem to care.
If you order delivery your pizza will most likely be burnt or messed up.
Again they will not make it right.
Oh well.
