First timer here well I was excited but when I blasted the cheese pizza it was very dense and hard to chewy and a bit hard chewy! Very underwhelming!
Now the meats with the bacon strips was edible I liked it but bit dense chewy but not like the cheese one I ate one piece and then was done

We showed up unannounced at 7:30pm and requested seating for maybe 8~12 people. Ellaina was more than accommodating. Even as the number fluctuated, they were never flustered, just did whatever necessary with professionalism and poise. And there was already another large party there. Rowan took marvelous care of our table, and her graciousness was appreciated by all. The salads and pizzas were delicious. The atmosphere decidedly upscale. I sincerely recommend Minsky’s Pizza Joint in Blue Springs. We’ll be back.

The pizza was prepared properly. The sauce was tasty, but seemed limited. The toppings were fairly generous. The crust is where this pizza was lacking just a bit. The flavor just wasn’t there for me. Service was fine, and the restaurant was clean and inviting.

Came in and was racially profiled from the start! Dirty looks, 6 employees in registering area and still had to wait 4 minutes before we were helped and did not get what we paid for.. Wings were extremely burnt, pizza had barely any toppings and we asked for AND paid for extra sauce which we we did not get on our pizza and I ordered a house salad and received a extra small salad with only Kerri’s and onion! Highly disappointed! I eat Minsky’s at least once a week, but never this location. We will NEVER return to this location.

Went in after the Chiefs game for lunch. We ordered salads to start. It took a bit for them to come out. The croutons and tomatoes were mushy. The blue cheese dressing was quite good. The pizza came out 1 minute after the salad. Not great planning by the server. I ordered my pizza with red peppers and zucchini. There was one big piece of zucchini on each piece and light on the amount of red peppers. The pepperoni on my husbands pizza was light as well. We just moved to this area and loved the Minskys over in State Line. This location fell short of expectations. Parking out front. They do offer a Military discount. We forgot to ask before we paid.

They’re very busy and I think they left my pizza in the oven little too long cuz it was golden but it was still soft it wasn’t hard. I prefer the ghost crest. If you ever had the ghost crust you knew you didn’t need teeth to eat the pizza! I’ve been places that you can play tug of war with the pizza! And not all Minsky’s locations have the white crest! I have nicknamed it ghost crust!
Another point if you have it boxed make sure they put foil under the pizza, trust me on this ! All joking aside enjoy the pizza I know I always do!

Wife and I loved Minsky’s last time in KC. Ordered delivery to our hotel tonight since we’re back in town again. Pasta and sides were great. My BLT was just a giant B? No lettuce, no tomatoes. Just a pile of bacon and cheese on toast? Lol. Still ate it since it was delivery but was….. interesting…..

They are very quick with your order, pleasant, helpful, and the store atmosphere is great. This is our family’s favorite sit down pizza joint in Blue Springs – the pizza is always amazing and the salads are made fresh. It definitely has a small town feel inside with plenty of seating for large families. We love it!
