For the second visit in a row, they got the order wrong. Plus, the quality of the small pizza we purchased was night and day better than the large we also got (see photo). The large original crust pizza was thin and just tasted old. The small original was fluffier and fresher but was missing the pepperoni we ordered.

I hate having to write this, however my last couple experiences have left me sad and disappointed. I’ve gone out my way to come to this location for years because I always felt it was the best Minskys location. Tonight I ordered pickup and waited instore for 20min past my promise time. I heard a gentlemen from the kitchen say they didn’t have an order for me, after I had already paid the same amount I was told over the phone… idk what was up with that. Got my order & was peeking at it instore. I had ordered a Five Star Cheese with extra rosemary. There was no rosemary on it at all, and it honestly looked like a normal cheese pizza. They added rosemary for me, it was the wackest quality rosemary I’ve ever had from them. When I got home 5 minutes later with my order none of it was hot, it was hardly warm. My suspicions felt confirmed about not getting a Five Star Cheese pizza. I have no problem spending extra money especially to support local & the 5 Star Cheese has a special place in my heart, but I paid for a $20 pizza and got a $13 pizza. Minskys just ain’t what it used to be, and it’s a crying shame.

Top quality ingredients really do make the best pizza. Minsky’s has been producing the best for kansas city for as long as i can remember. Others just can not compare. This location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The atmosphere is causal and family friendly. Last night we shared a Papa Minsky my personal favorite. The staff is always friendly and helpful

Well I have enjoyed minskys before but this location the manager was extremely rude I won’t go back. Bread sticks were good. Pizza burnt and the manger said that’s how there pizza is and snatched it from our table since we said something. You decide for yourself is it burnt

you can not tell me that that is pepperoni pizza. you can NOT tell me. read the reviews, take it into consideration and sign to never walk here. i wish me and my boyfriend knew before hand. there was NOBODY walking into this pizza place. it was like a ghost town.

I hate to write this; however, we have been going to the PV location for almost 5 years. In my opinion it was the best around. Unfortunately, this visit was not what we expect from the PV location. They changed their lunch special and you can no longer order two slices of pizza rather than one slice and a salad. They gave one of our orders to someone else. The lettuce in the salad was not fresh and the pizza was not good. Overall, if this is the quality and service we can now expect, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
