Usually a hit or miss. Their pasties are amazing!!! BUT they always run out by 10am-11am. That or every time we go through the drive thru they only can do the crepes and have nothing else. As for the baristas, customer service skills would help out a bit. There’s only two ladies who always seem cheerful and helpful, but the rest always seem rushed and like you’re bothering them when ordering or asking questions.
It really is a nice place to grab food and their style is unique in Minot. Just wish they would have more amounts throughout the week and that some of the staff was a bit more cheerful.

You cannot beat their croissants. I’ve tried many croissants in town: these are the best. Add chocolate and it’s perfection. Service (pleasant vs salty/indifferent) can be hit or miss, though it has seemed to improve over the last few months. The last few times I’ve been, customer service has been radiant. Overall, they know what they’re doing with pastry!

Outstanding little bakery in Minot. Went early and the breads were hot out of the oven. Great selection of breads and breakfast items, both savory and sweet, including gluten free. Highly recommend the jalapeno cheddar sourdough if that’s your thing. Delish.

We had a Danish with chorizo!! That combo is new to me. It tasted a lot better than I expected. If you are visiting Minot, make this a place you must visit, have something wonder to drink, and some delicious pastries.

The baked goods to include the drinks are definitely pricy but they are good.
The seating is limited so dine in is not always an option.
The parking lot is hit or miss, it’s inconvenient to say the least but they have a drive through if you don’t want to dine in.
Service is okay, the employees are not the friendliest or most helpful but they do the job.
The crepes are delicious but the filling ratios is off, all the fruit is in the front and cheesecake/cracker mix is in the back. It’s almost like having two different crepes.

They have the best customer service, hands-down! I do not even live in the same town, this has been such a fun family tradition; their monkey bread muffins and Almond Croissant are amazing! Same with any Crepe! They also have fresh squeeze orange juice! It’s the most delish!!

Had the crepes they were delicious. I tried the seasonal fruit& cheesecake. Minor feedback is that the cheesecake portion was a big thing in middle not like a crumble throughout so it ate like a seasonal fruit crepe first then a cheesecake crepe at the end.. If you get this one cut it apart to mix it better.
Service for crepes is a little slower but they have to make crepe so understandable. The folks ahead that just ordered ready made got very fast service. When we went at first seemed it was one person running everything so little wait before being helped at register as she finished making order before us.

I liked this place. I had the chorizo & cheddar croissant. I should’ve had them warm it. It was fine. My daughter had the nutella, strawberry, and coconut crepe. She couldn’t finish it, but loved it, so we got it to go. My wife got the caprese sandwich. She said it was delicious.
If we’ve got time on our trip we may come back again.

Excellent crepes! They make them right in front of you and the toppings they add are insanely yummy. I got a cheesecake crepe with fresh cut strawberries and the wonderful girl making mine recommended I have it with this mango sauce. Absolutely perfect!
