I had a great experience at Minori Restaurant! The sushi was fresh and flavorful especially yellowtail carpaccio which is my favorite. Portions were generous, and the prices were super reasonable for the quality. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole visit feel welcoming. Definitely a solid neighborhood sushi place—I’ll be coming back!

I’ve never actually eaten here, but I’ve gotten take out and delivery from Minori regularly for years. It’s priced well, always very fresh, and they handle my gluten allergy well, even occasionally providing some tamari for me when I pick up.
I really appreciate the effort they put into the presentation of the sushi even though it’s take out/delivery.
They’ve only messed up my order a couple of times (I’ve ordered from them a lot), and they’re always nice about fixing it.

Absolutely amazing. The chef is a genius, the music is amazing, the space is relaxing, and this is the best Calamari I’ve ever had; literally ever! The rolls are sooo satisfying and yummy. This was my first now and this place is now by far my favorite Sushi restaurant. (Photos are missing a couple of pieces because we couldn’t resist eating a few before taking pictures)

Nice, small restaurant. Family friendly. Sushi and Japanese food. Lots of vegetarian options. I got the spicy vegetable roll, vegetable tempura roll, and seaweed salad roll (pictured). My son got a sashimi plate (pictured, but after he ate some). My husband got the chicken katsu, which is like schnitzel.

5 Stars for the food! But 4 Stars for the service, sometimes they don’t have enough help. So 4.5 Stars. The awesome things are there sashimi platter and the softshell crab as well as countless other sushi dishes. Presentation is pretty.

Great place with good prices, not the cleanest place in general, you can see that when you use the restrooms but overall. Good. Crispy rice was great, sea weed salad, miso and a fresh Salomon roll. Recommended for a quick meal

This is my favorite place to get sushi combos. I used to get it for lunch and the workers are always so nice. I love the seattles best roll. It has my favorite toppings, salmon and avocado outside and salmon on the inside.
I like sushi places with high quality fish and (simple rolls/no sauce to distract the quality of fish).
I also always get the sashimi combo which has a great price point of about $17 for lunch and $21 for dinner. It comes with 12 pieces of sashimi, 4 pieces of spicy/reg california roll, and BOTH miso soup and salad.
With the sashimi combo and the seattle roll, i get a very fulfilling dinner for $35 +some tax.
I really love this place so much and the attitudes of the workers always make me excited to come back .

My boyfriend and I found this gem while searching for an afternoon sushi crave! Cute little place , friendly staff, clean restroom, beer, saki , great prices and the sushi was good. I’d definately stop in again.
