Awful service, worst ever. The wrokers will treat you badly. Every experience here has been awful. Try to order, the clerk. looks at you and walks away for 10 mins. They ignored me on purpose it seemed, like I was interupting their play time…at work? I left and went to the Subway close by and glad I did! This cafe does have the best ability to leave you hungry and disrespected.

Food is fresh and hot off the grill. Burgers, fries, jack Daniels Sando, chili and soup are tasty! Service is slow but it’s worth the wait unlike the other food options at the casino.

Worst service I have ever seen you sit in line watch the workers walk by for half an hour then just to order and wait another hour for your food and they still burn the food this place has gone wayyyyy downhill I advise to not eat here and if you do I say not tipping the sad excuse for workers they have is the only way to go

This place is nothing to brag about. The burgers are cheap, but mediocre. One item I found on the menu that’s actually worthwhile was the BLT. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat at the casino, this is your place.

It’s truly unfortunate to see a hardworking team struggling to meet the demands of a late-night crowd. During my visit, it became clear that the staff was overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the rush. As a result, the café’s environment quickly became unsanitary, with dirty dishes piling up and counters left in a disgusting state. It’s a real shame because the staff seemed dedicated, but poor management seemed to be the root cause of the issue. I ended up leaving because I was genuinely concerned about my health, and I feel that this situation should be reported. The team deserves better support to maintain the quality that the community expects.
