Food was editable, some liked their food. Others it was dry or burnt. The food wasn’t our issue that day. The service was. The waitress was pleasant but not attentive. It took way too long to get anything. When food would come out the order was wrong and they kept telling us that wasn’t on the ticket. Well that’s not what we ordered. After a couple mix ups we stop correcting and was ready to get the check and be done.
As we were there a family also had the same horrible service and got up and left after 55 min. of waiting to even order food.

So at first when my friend and I came here we saw reviews. One was super scathing about service, food and more, but this was a first time and let me tell you. Not even 5 minutes in the service was so friendly welcoming kind and so fun!!! They were so knowledgeable and were very attentive after I told them about my apple allergy so suggested something else that I enjoyed which was the pineapple cooler. It comes with a caramelized lime at the top which added a hint to the pineapple it was so delicious!!. We had the butchers burger and the brisket club. The brisket is made in house and when I saw them wheeling the brisket from the other building they run I knew I had to try it. Oh my goodness it’s so flavorful and juicy. I had to stop my friend from even having a bite! It was so delicious the only words that left my mouth were “oh my god!” It is so good the smokey flavor with the mayo Texas toast and lettuce goes so hard! It’s fantastic!! I’ll definitely be coming back and I’ll be introducing this to my family and more of our friends! The GM Richard was so amazing and our server Pearl oh my gosh she’s so kind her service was spot on and perfect she was so friendly to not just us but those around her! The staff are so amazing 10/10 I will definitely come back again!!! Do not sleep on this place it’s so good!!

I’ve eaten here a handful of times now and I’ve never been disappointed. This is a burger joint that’s so much more: excellent atmosphere and great service complimented by delicious entrees, beer, and cocktails. I’ve had their MNCB Burger several times (yum!) and today tried their burger of the month, the Tiger Lucy, and wow, it was AMAZING! I sat at the bar and got amazing service from Megan, who was super friendly and attentive… not gonna lie, she’s a reason to return. And with patio season around the corner, I look forward to enjoying their outdoor space this summer, too. Keep up the great work, MBC, I’ll be back.

This was our first and possibly last time at MNBC. The decor of Resolution hall is very nice, but it almost ends there. Waitress was great, very friendly and polite. We ordered a cheeseburger and fries to split and one dozen chicken wings, half buffalo and half parmesan garlic. The wings were the best part of our meal, huge and meaty served with celery and blue cheese dressing. Buffalo sauce is a little bland but that’s my opinion. The cheese burger was a huge disappointment. It’s not listed as a smash burger, it was small (for $13) couldn’t have been even 2-3 oz. of ground burnt beef, dried out flavorless burger. My wife ate one bite that’s it. I ate most of it but terrible. 7 pm on a Saturday night and there was less than 25 people in the restaurant pretty sad. $13 for the burger is highway robbery, the $.50 were great. Yes they were a special. Unless you change your burger format and sell a real burger not a burnt flavorless charred thing. We are not smash burger fans, and your menu does not say ALL your burgers are smash burgers. Sadly this location has a poor long-term restaurant history. Good luck, your going to need it IMO!

We loved our first visit to Minnesota Burger Company! The fry flight was delightful, the burgers cooked perfectly and the drinks were great too! We sat at the bar and the people working were friendly and checked in on us often. Will definitely be back!

I’m a little disappointed.
Cheese curds & waffle fries were delicious. Seasoned sour cream was the best I’ve had.
Sadly the burger was dry and under-seasoned (not seasoned at all). We had BBQ & Bacon Bourbon Glaze wings and the sauces for both were not our favorite. The wings come with ranch & Bleu cheese dressing. It appears that both dressings are made in house (which I appreciate), but both were not the best.
Many of our items were very good, so I will give them another chance and will update.

They know how to serve meat! What I really appreciated about this place was the menu. It was so hard to decide what to order, since everything sounded amazing. Highly recommend the Butchers Burger. I never had elk sausage before and I’m happy I got to try it with the burger. The sliders were good, but almost too small for your average adult. Good flavor, but I would only recommend ordering them for children since there is no kids menu. Great job MNBC!

Had the Oklahoma smash burger, it was good although personal preference is pattie’s thinner and smashed more to get a better griddle crust and more onions.

Love MNBC! We consider ourselves “regulars” here, especially for the half price burgers and bourbon after 9pm. We mostly love this place because of Megan, the best bartender ever ❤️ She’s always a bright part of our day (or night) and truly loves her job of serving people and appreciation for all things bar-related!
The smash burgers are all wonderful… hard to pick any one that’s the best and we’ve had them all! We also always get the sweet potato fries because they are the best!
The drinks and service from Megan at the bar are phenomenal. 5 stars for Megan, and honestly I would only consider removing one star from this review because I don’t think the management appreciates Megan enough for what she does. Compared to everyone else, she’s in another league.

Stopped in and grabbed an early dinner because we love burgers and need to try the new burger joint. We were greeted and seated right away. The server was qucik to bring water and offer drinks, and to get us started with an appetizer. We went with the cajun cheese curds, the cheese curds were amazing, they were light, melt in your mouth, and slightly crispy all in one. It came with remoulde dipping sauce, which was good, we also asked for the jam dipping sauce, which took it to another level, and you definitely have to try the jam dipping sauce, best cheese curds we had in a while, and not to salty either like most places we order from. The wife had the smoked lucy, which she enjoyed, i tried it, but for me, i wasn’t a fan, little to sweet tasting for me and thick as to it is stuffed, i like the thin patties personally. I had the $9.99 cheeseburger and added an extra partty for $2.50, and it didn’t disappoint! I am a meat n cheese type of guy, as to i like to taste the flavor of the burger, and not hide it with condiments. It was nicely seared and very flavorful, and with fries on the side. The fries were good. Some were a little saltier than others, but overall, they were not bad. Tried the waffle fries with the seasoned sourcream, also not bad, but the seasoned sourcream was a little salty to me. I preferred the fries over the waffle fries. Overall, we enjoyed the food. The price point was great, and we will definitely return !
