Another example of a long-standing restaurant that delivers the bare minimum simply because the bar has been set so low in this area that they know people will still pay for it. Come on guys!! With just a little effort you could be an adorably retro establishment serving quality food with dignity. Instead of burnt chicken fingers and a sad excuse for a salad – limp leaves on a plate with no dressing. The GenZ staff need more training as they have not an ounce of customer service acumen. It’s time for restaurants in LC to step it up. It’s 2025. Let’s go people. We want quality for our money.

Wow. This place has gone down hill fast. We took our child to the arcade. Inside was extremely dated and unsafe. Absolutely no attendants in the entire building. Broken down arcade games and access to dangerous areas. Very dirty ball pit and no lights!
The prizes are ridiculous. 1000 tickets for spending 20$ for a dollar tree item.
We were joined by my parents and decided to use the go carts. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to help us pay, we went to the go cart area. After no help or anything, 30 minutes of watching the guy at the smaller ones in his phone (ignoring the safety of the children), we decided to leave. We asked for a raincheck and were given a piece of scrap paper with it on it.
So finally, we were like ok, let’s just get ice cream. No bananas, no hard ice cream and no hot fudge.
Seriously, what happened to this place?

Used to go here all the time when I was a teenager so it was nice to go back. The food was solid and prices were very reasonable. We also played miniature golf and it was the most challenging course I think I have ever played! Lots of fun and very well-decorated. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Always a good meal here! Stopped on Sunday in between males, so we just had a few appetizers, which were great. A favorite stop for ice cream as well when we are driving through the Finger Lakes region. Mini golf, the arcade & go-karts add to the excitement for the kids. Plenty of free parking in their large lot. Restrooms are clean.

This is an awesome place. I love that there’s so many different things to do here. We drive by this place all the time and never realize that all of this stuff sits behind the main building. It wasn’t busy at all, it’s pretty spacious and there is a lot of seating. There was a bounce house, and what looked to me like an old school McDonald’s play place in the back part of the arcade complete with a ball pit. They have batting cages, go-kart track, miniature golf, arcade, and food.
I will definitely go back. The only reason I gave it a three-star review when it should have been a five-star review is the lack of customer service and customer attention. There was not a single adult presence in this whole place. No management. It is completely ran by teenagers who do not look happy in any way to be doing their job. Very dull unhappy attitudes. My friend purchased a ticket for the go-karts and after the girl cashed her out she completely walked away from me and went back to chatting with her friends and ignored the fact that I wanted to buy a ticket. Outside there was no one to service the go-kart tracks and when someone finally did come over he looked completely uninterested in helping us. The place was dirty and most of the employees were just kind of standing around. There’s also barely anything to purchase with your tickets after playing games.
But I did really like the place, so here’s hoping next time is better so I can change my review.

This spot holds a special place in my heart.
It became a tradition to come here in the summer and play mini golf (very competitively) and occasionally go into the arcade, or ride go karts.
But without fail we always get the Blue Goo (flavor blast) Ice Cream.

Do not get any soft drinks from Minehans! I got a fountain drink and after drinking it noticed there was a ton of fruit flies in it, how disgusting! Definitely will never go there again

If I could give a lower rating I would.
Our Granddaughters birthday party was held here and it was Horrible service. First of all you pay all that money for the party and have to utilize the space with 3 other Parties as well as the General public. Nothing was wiped down the table my husband and I sat at had old hard cheese stuck inbetween the crack of the table, the carpet under the table was full of crushed up food from either a party earlier in the day or from past parties , which tells me if they dont wash down tables they are certainly not wiping down the machines the kids use and I cant imagine that the Ball Crawl has ever been cleaned which is disgusting withinitself. The Pizza’s that were purchased for the Party were RAW and ours were not the only ones the other two parties that were there also had Raw pizzas and ours was brought out late. My husband and I went over to the restaurant and ordered Mozzerella sticks and Fried Mushrooms , they were so dark brown from Dirty Oil they were disgusting. At the end of the party we watched the cook come over and emptly the garbage barrels out with blue gloves on which I might add he had on while cooking we can only hope he changed them when he headed back to the kitchen. We are unclear why everyone loves this place so much it is poorly run is NOT a good deal for your money and is in our opinion a waste of your money. Do your kids a favor have their parties elsewhere.
