This place is money!
Stopped by and was seriously impressed. Loved the vibe and the layout — super chill and welcoming.
I ordered 2 asada and 3 pastor tacos, and they did not disappoint. Came with fresh onion, cilantro, beets, cucumber, lime, multiple salsas, and a cup of beans. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and on point.
The pastor was especially good — juicy, seasoned perfectly, and just the right amount of char. Great presentation and fast service too.

The tacos are really delicious and an order of five will fill the average person, prices are semi decent as you can see by the receipt. The seating looks like it was made from old prison stainless steel cell tables and chairs. Besides that everthing else was great.

We absolutely loved the setup here. The food was good, did need a bit of salt but over all was wonderful. I got a bit of everything and I was so happy I did. I loved it all. The staff were absolutely fabulous, wonderful and friendly. They checked on us often and made sure we had all we needed. I wish we lived closer (we are over an hour away) cause we would go more often. I didn’t get pictures of our other plates but they were great too.

We had the Pastor tacos and Quesabirrias and both were delicious! I love when people give reviews on places like this. When I travel I always look at the reviews. Don’t skip this place!!!! Got it Togo because I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish… not true, I was a true fatty and ate every bite!

This place is BYOB! Of all the food we tried I enjoyed the CHILE RELLENO Burrito the most. It was lightly crispy and so full of flavor. The quesobirrias were also delish as well as the tripa mini tacos! Get you some!!! Tip: skip the chicken salad 🙂 I selected 4 stars because they ran out of fries…and the tables are also super tiny even though they seat 4.

Mini Taco’s is a beautiful place! The staff are amazing and friendly!!! The tacos are delicious. I had to buy another 5 taco plate they were so good!!! I got Tripas, Pastor, Suredo and Lengua tacos.

I was in Uvalde today and went looking for a good lunch spot. Normally I hit up Oasis, but I decided to try out a new place I found on Google
Let’s just say it did not disappoint The food was amazing, portions were great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking out if you’re ever passing through Uvalde!

I’m in Uvalde for work and came across this place. It’s has a unique appearance being made out of old shipping containers. The mini tacos were really good and you get 5 with each order. I ordered the Chorizo and the Pastor, but was unsure about the others. I asked Lidia, the lady that took my order, for her recommendations and to surprise me. She didn’t disappoint. Plates are served with grilled onions and peppers with a side of beans. Three different sauces types as well red, green, and hot.
