Drove past the diner many times but never had a chance to stop in. Finally made time today, and it was worth it. As expected it’s a tiny place, 6 tables and maybe 8 seats at the counter. The service is friendly and efficient, and you can see the cook make your meal. Very tasty food, made quick and well. Quirky place that’s well worth stopping by. Bring cash, no cards accepted.

What a fun, local gem!! Being in New Jersey and unexpectedly needing breakfast, I checked out a few reviews and everyone loved the Mini Mac Diner. After going to see for myself, I could understand why they did.
I was greeted from the counter (and a few smiles from the rest of the room) when I entered, and the pleasant camaraderie continued throughout my meal. I settled on an omelet (without potatoes and toast at my request) and a side of bacon that was made quickly and deliciously. The lady running the counter and the lady cooking in the back were both cheerful, interactive, and kind. Everyone in the room seemed happy to be there, especially the three girls in the corner who had previously created a TikTok about the charms of the Mini Mac Diner.
A quick note: the Mini Mac Diner is cash only, so come prepared, and enjoy this local, one-of-a-kind treat!!

If you are looking for an old style diner, where cozy space meets personal service, you need to stop by.
The place is small – few tables, and few seats at the counter.
Food is made fresh to order and the owner is a server.
Food options might be limited, but they are good.
The place is cash only, do plan accordingly, parking is on site.

Simple and delicious. Corn cakes alone will bring me back. Eggs and bacon all good. Sausage gravy biscuits were tasty. Coffee was surprisingly good. Friendly service on top of it.

Ok so we just finished Patriots Trail and decided to stop for some lunch. It is true what is told the establishment is quaint. The waitress was sweet and the owner was signing to Rocky Mountain High…..love it! Now the food my assumption is from the photos the 5* are based on breakfast and that’s understandable. Our lunch was good we had a turkey club no bacon and cheeseburger. I also ordered a blt to go. The food was nice but we ordered chicken soup ( no chicken and cold) I’d skip the soup. We would like to try the breakfast one day all in all a nice experience. Price point in NJ is what makes it favorable.

One of those places where you get a glimpse into the owners personality the moment you walk in the door. Some old world charm mixed with the warmth of sitting in grandma’s kitchen while sipping a hot cup of tea. Great spot for a quick bite to eat. It is cash only so be prepared. Worth checking out.

Hungry for breakfast and was looking for something new. Found this tiny sweet spot on the road. Parking lot was full so it gave me some peace of mind. It is a tiny hole in the wall with about 6 tables and counter service.place was full on this visit. Had pancakes and eggs and second plate is scrambled eggs with bacon and fruit. All was good. Service was simple and fine. It’s a repeat, will do again.

Mini Mac Diner is a true gem. Not many places like this exist anymore. The food and service were incredible. You will be blown away but the corn cakes.

Tiny luncheonette, family run and stuck in time since Lyndon Johnson was president. They do all the breakfast classics well with some interesting additional specials: oatmeal pancakes, scrapple, creamed chipped beef. Everything prepared well, great prices. Worth the visit!!
