This place is a hidden gem! Food was delicious and portions were way more than expected, which is always a bonus in my books! We had a variety of food items as well as a vegetarian option. Definitely a must when in Pullman, we will be back. Markus definitely brings a spark to the place!

Minh’s has so much to offer. The food preparation was fresh, quick service and atmosphere wise we were the only ones seated since there was only half an hour left before it closed.
We were welcomed by Marcus (sweet corgi) and the owners. Owing to the rain & windy weather we were starving and feasted on the chicken fried rice, Shrimp chowmein and Pork BBQ buns (had read about the buns in many reviews). I found the pork stuffing sweet, I was expecting a spicier version. But I guess that’s how they are! Otherwise soft & super fluffy.
The chicken fried rice and shrimp chowmein was just perfect
Good serving portions and the chilli oil served was yum.
Will be visiting Minh’s again to eat & meet Marcus ❤️

Food was really good. I wasn’t expecting a lot and was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely go back. Service a little slow, not much atmosphere. However, the menu has a lot of great options and went beyond the traditional American Chinese bland food. This was a good spin of some of my favorite dishes. Portions are large.

The best restaurant in Pullman in my opinion… Only been going there since they were across the street in the 90’s. The Mongolian beef and Szechaun chicken are amazing… Probably best I’ve ever had. All my friends and family have loved their food forever.

I’d never ever been to Minh’s, though I’ve driven by a zillion times living here! Online, most reviews were stellar, so I was excited to try it the other day. Greeting you in the store is the family Corgi and the sweetest girl behind the counter! With an extensive menu, we ordered some familiar dishes: custard dumplings, crab Rangoon, and the combo plate of almond chicken, sweet and sour prawns, pork fried rice, and pork chow mein. It was indeed sooooo fantastic! SOOOO MUCH FOOD.
Definitely look at the reviews and photos to get an idea of what you might want to try, but this is definitely a place I’ll be revisiting!

We stopped in here after leaving Pullman 14 years ago. The food and service are still great, just like when we used to come here during our college days. The variety and value are exceptional. My favorites are steamed buns and fried tofu.
