Great food, great atmosphere and great service, what more can I say. Brought my family here after reading all the good reviews and I have to say we were not disappointed. The noodles did taste authentic though I’m not a vietnamese food expert. They do have the important ingredients and flavor. The rice dishes, though are not traditionally vietnamese, tasted so we’ll especially the sweet and sour chicken. Amidst a packed restaurant our food did not take too long to arrive, thumbs up for the cooks and the waiters.

Family friendly beautiful food and service.
Can’t ever go wrong with the display meat at the front.
Fast chopping knife skills and lightning speed packing skills.
Cannot fault anything with the purchase I got the family. Everybody enjoyed the feast thank you Minh Ky team.
They may have down sized their building but it did not change their quality in food and service. Place gives me a more local feeling being small and limited tables.
See you again we have been comming here for 5 plus years and every time have been satisfied

Came here for my nephew’s birthday and had lobster noodles with ginger and shallots gravy…amazing! Also had steamed oysters two ways – xo sauce and black bean sauce. The ones in xo sauce was sublime! Food, atmosphere and service all on point. Highly recommend!

The Vietnamese restaurant I go to is truly the best of the best. The crispy pork is to die for, and the duck is perfectly tender and full of flavour. My go-to dish is the broken rice, absolutely delicious every time. Their chilli oil is hands down the best in Melbourne. The staff provide warm, friendly, and attentive customer service, easily the best around. The chefs are top tier, true masters of their craft. Without a doubt, this is the number one restaurant in Springvale, consistently amazing food, generous portions, and unbeatable flavour!

Been coming here for years but not since covid. Went today and have mixed feelings on the food, let’s face it, the food is the only reason you come here.
The roast pork and duck was at best average which is a drop on how it was. Rice was poorly made and flavoured, clumpy and not completely flavoured to be precise.
Price has dramatically increased, which now brings it in par with other restaurants of better quality food.
Overall the food was nice. I did enjoy it and it definitely filled the spot.
But I won’t go back in a hurry, there is plenty of equivalent priced options in the area that serve better food.

Nothing has changed as far as quality and services.
The old guy is still at the front chopping away and he still has all his fingers!
Love the food and the service.
I always take out of town guests here to see the staff chop the pork and duck.
Very authentic Vietnamese food in well spaced out restaurant. They also have a number of old favorite Chinese menu items.
Its licensed and BYO.
Heaps of parking in the local shopping centre.
Disabled parking available.
Staff are great and attentive and yes, they all speak good English.

Been going here for years and have always enjoyed the food. Especially their roast meats. The best combo might be the sausage and BBQ pork which goes heavy on the oily-ness but even heavier on the tasty-ness. Great idea for a dine-in and even better for takeaway. Just remember to add the chili + shallots from the dine-in tables to your rice for an elevated dining experience.

Roast duck is nice and fresh. All the roast meat are nice. Grilled chicken on lettuce is also good. The enoki and tofu dish not my fav. The sauce a tat too gluey.
