This place is HORRIBLE!!! I placed my order for delivery to the Middletown motel which is on 211. They delivered my food to the wrong place somewhere on King st in middletown which there are NO MOTELS even over there. I waited over a damn HOUR for them to call and say my food has been delivered!! TO WHO?? Cause it sure wasn’t ME!! I called and they tried arguing with me about the address when I clearly was reading the correct address right off google!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! Moral of the story I didn’t get my damn food after waiting a freaking hour for it. I don’t recommend unless u want your food going to a whole other address. Don’t pay card either cause someone else will make off with your food!!!

Absolutely terrible treatment towards door dash drivers. Went to pick up 2 orders and told staff to have a good night- next thing I know I have the old lady and who I’m assuming is her daughter come up to my car knocking on my windows demanding I give them the orders back- there had seemed to be an issue in the door dash app where it wasn’t showing them that the orders got confirmed. They demanded I give them the orders back and then darted back inside the store, when I say darted I mean I’ve never seen an old person run that fast, honestly worst experience I’ve ever had picking up an order anywhere. Would not recommend to anyone with an apetite either, walking in there’s cardboard boxes everywhere and the place looks like absolute trash- I wouldn’t eat there

Chicken was old and obviously re-fried, tasted so dry and disgusting. French fries also tasted very old and were thrown away. Sesame chicken did not taste good either. I threw out all my food, would never waste my money here again. There’s better food in Middletown don’t buy from here.

Overall, the food tasted good. I liked the chicken and broccoli. However, the chicken used for the General Tso’s didn’t seem fresh, which was disappointing. Otherwise, this place could be great!

I used to love the food from here! The last two orders, which I had delivered through Door Dash, were disgusting. About three bottles of barbecue sauce on undercooked ribs and the lemon chicken was very cheap chicken drowned in sauce.

Young girl at night is rude. We’ve been a consistent customer through DoorDash and decided to go to the store for the first time. Ordered the exact same thing we always do and the girl gave us attitude and refused to take the order. When asking why, she said they don’t do stuff like that and said no to taking the order. All we asked was for bbq on top which is an extra $1 charge. Not understanding why that ask warranted an attitude from her, but now we’re never ordering from there. Customer service goes a long way.

Called Mings, they argued with me for several minutes that “noone told them.” And that it’s not their fault, its DoorDash’s fault for not telling them. Never offered to resolve the issue. Told me to put in a complaint with DoorDash.

Best fried dumplings weve ever had and we order chinese food every sunday (plus cook our own). These dumplings are so stuffed and meat is so flavorful you dont even need sauce. Their friend wontons are also excellent. We were very pleased!
